      I think their licensing should be taken away, at least the therapist/supervisor I saw. I know that I am depressed. Thankfully not suicidal. I saw a therapist from Mood Health for a while. One day I was told that she could no longer speak with me because her supervisor said we weren't talking about the right things. I know I'm depressed. Anyone would know it. If I was talking about the wrong things, whose fault is that? Not mine like she implied. The "therapist" and I use the term lightly, who knows where they get these people from or what training they have had didn't seem to know what she was doing in our sessions, and then when she told me this, verified it for sure. I hope no one has lost their life because of these therapists. And guess what, they apparently are the only choice in my medical group. Now what?

      Was told my appointment was covered by insurance and verified. I told them I wouldnt make an appointment until it was verified. I found this company on my approved list of providers on my insurance as well. They billed me 29 dollars out of nowhere with no notice and later billed me for a session that I was told was covered by insurance. This company is a complete scam and fraud. They have two customer services reps from what Ive seen and they are not helpful at all. Look somewhere else if you need therapy stay far away from here. I was told to email if I needed any help in between my session with serious problems that came up as well and I did only to be told Id just be helped during my next session instead. I did not get the help I needed. Youd think a company that focuses on mental health would make the process easier and stress free dealing with patients with mental issues, but no. All they care about is giving you false information so they can take your money.

      Caution. I got comfortable with a provider then they sent me an email tripling my rate. Yes triple. The second one said they are going to charge me $29/month for no particular reason. I reached out to the company. No one picks up the phone. One person answers text and emails and his answer is take it or leave it.

      This "talk therapy" company requires an inordinante amount of personal information in order to meet by zoom call with one of their contract "providers." Their system of scheduling appointments and communicating with clients/patients has such a built-in rapid response, by email and/or text message that it becomes quite clear NO ONE is reading the client's comments. If a commercial enterprise anywhere in the business community promised in writing to put their customers in a "Bad Mood," they would still struggle to compete with the business model at play here.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing this client's experience, it appears that this client experienced some technical difficulty when approaching our talk therapy scheduling process. We have been able to speak with the customer and resolved the challenges they faced and schedule them successfully for talk therapy visits with one of our Mood providers. We hope to correct any potential technical errors that caused this client issues in the first place.

      Mood assured me that my insurance was accepted, after my initial consultation I received an invoice. When I contacted Mood they were very evasive and dismissive. I had emails that stated that my insurance was accepted and agreed to go with those providers. All Mood's response was that I was getting a 'deal' at their discounted rate. Very deceptive

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After reviewing this client's experience, it appears that an error was made when confirming their in-network status for insurance coverage. We have been able to speak with the customer and resolved the challenges they faced during the process. We hope to have an opportunity to serve this customer better in the future.
