  Vett leads better. Reduce referral fees to 25%. 30-35% is just greed, especially when agents are expected to be negotiable with their commission.

  This company does not verify the information input by people reportedly wanting to sell, even though they have a phone number and could easily do so before sending to R.E agents. We have been the subject of harassment by an individual who listed our information on their site, and I have had phone calls and test messages with one Agent wanting to see our house immediately.They would not remove the information and have a poor business practice in my opinion.

  Worked with ReferralExchange on a couple of deals. This particular client was my housekeeper's son. He did not realize what had happened as he clicked on it looking for a phone number. I paid the 30% referral however, I'm not sure it was justified. They have been great on other transactions.

  We have had a great experience with ReferralExchange. The clients are typically excited to speak with a local expert, and we have noticed many of them are high intent Sellers most . The referrals will often close within a year. Like any online leads follow up is the most important part- these are great referrals!

  Now and again, you have the opportunity to work with a buyer who challenges your ability and pushes your comfort level...making you be the best you can be while pulling from years of experience. My last referral was just such a person. She reminded me that there is no problem unsolvable, no knowledge unlearnable. When we closed on her house, we hugged as life long friends I do believe!
