    I have used kikoff's services to better my credit rating. I took out a Credit Builder Loan with $10 a month up to 12 months. I had the option to close and get whatever funds I paid into the Loan returned and did so when it reached $80. Now I am waiting and waiting for funds I need right now. I have gone through the steps given in instructions a lot and no deposit into my bank account that was tested and verified. I am out $80 when I need it for food.

    Company put a late charge on credit report. I explained via email that I was locked out of my email and didnt receive any notification about payment. The way repayment is set up is not like I would have to process a payment via credit card. This is hurting my credit for something so simple.
