    I have been trying to cancel a 7 day free trial since the same day of signing up because the document I was seeking was not on the platform. I sent various emails requesting assistance with cancelling the subscription and every response provided inaccurate information on how to cancel the subscription in the portal. I finally was able to speak with an agent via phone and it was the worst customer services that I have ever encountered. The agent was argumentative, unprofessional and spoke to me in a tone that should have had him fired. I was surprised that he would do this on a recorded line, yet I am assuming this company maybe a scam. I requested that he escalate my call and he responded there is nowhere to escalate it too so have a great day and then he proceeded to disconnect my call. I requested confirmation that my free trial subscription was cancelled successfully, he claimed that it was and refused to provide any support. When looking into the portal it reflects that the account is still open and active on my end. In the case that money is removed from my account I am ensuring that I have support of everything concerning this company to move forward in a civil action against them.

    I initially filed out the form for a W9 that I needed. After ie was done, it said there was a free trial and then ***** a month. I closed the the window and I didn't go any further and going a different page I used for free. Today 7-5-24, the charged my card for ***** dollars. Don't even go to their site to look, cause they'll charge your card attached to ****** pay.

    they are currently scamming our not for profit association. Shame on them. It appears this may be a case that is ripe for a class action lawsuit. Time to put these all scammers like this out of business.

    Every review given is accurate. They ask for your credit card for a $1,95 transaction, followed by a $37 "subscription" that I was nit even aware of follows. This company is a scam.

    I have called several times to get this taken care of and every time they say its canceled but yet they still charged me $37 a month for this. I wish to get a refund for all the money that I have paid for all this.

    Randomly noticed 2 $39 charges from them. I have never used them or know who they are. I want to know how they even got my card info. I did get through to customer service and they kept asking me for the email associated with my account and could not comprehend that I did not have an account! Disputed the charges with my bank, hoping I will get my money back.

    looks like everyone has the same argument. Says satisfaction guaranteed then everyone is complaining about being charged the $37 like i am. the terms of condition went to Junk folder that very clearly state that this would happen, but it is only in the fine print when you sign up. if it hadnt gone to my spam folder i would bring it upon myself as my error. But like their Better Business Bureau F rating they do things that get them on this list and they do it to scam people.

These unauthorized charges have caused significant financial inconvenience. Even after following the prescribed cancellation procedure diligently, the charges persist. Therefore, I demand the following actions be taken immediately:1. Refund of all unauthorized charges totaling $185 to my account.2. Permanent cancellation of my subscription to Formswift.com, effective immediately.I expect confirmation of these actions via email or written correspondence.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response to my previous inquiries and the continued billing despite my explicit cancellation request. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide a resolution immediately.If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 10 business days, I will escalate this issue to relevant consumer protection authorities, including the Better Business Bureau.Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter, and I expect your prompt response.

    Try to cancel for 3 months. The phone # attached to the debit hangs up on you. When you try to cancel it is a major deal!Finally received step-by-step instructions on how to cancel and was still charged. They do not deserve the 1 star!!
