ust wearing off at the bottom of the shank, but underneath where the diamond settings are as well, basically everywhere, so they're claim that the jewel are used. The wrong color sodder is not correct. The ring was professionally resized with the correct ***** And it was discovered that the ring was just yellow. Gold and plated not white gold. Which is what we ordered, and that's why the yellow is coming through. And this has been basically 2 months. This is something that should last the rest of my wife's life. And not have to have this address every month for a $150 to have it. Rodeum plated the jeweler who resized. It can verify everything that I have said. And like I said, they have been in business for over a 100 years. And this was an independent evaluation. All art of jewels wants to do is call everybody a liar which is what they have done in every conversation I have had with them. At first, they told me the jeweler was lying, and he was unprofessional Which is not true.

The business committed to provide us with an engagement ring that was supposed to last a lifetime and serve as a relic for our family and future generations.Nature of the dispute: We want to hold the jeweler accountable for selling us a compromised ring (as detailed in the attached documents) and, as the expert, inform us of any potential drawbacks in the design. We have called the jeweler multiple times and they have not been willing to offer us acceptable terms saying that the only thing we can do is order another ring from them at a small discounted price. Because of this we obtained a lawyer and sent a demand letter. We never heard anything back and so now the jeweler refuses to communicate with us. We are now trying to decide if we should file a lawsuit in the state where we purchased the ring (purchased online) since the jeweler will not handle this amicably. It will be difficult to shoulder the costs of lawyer fees.Invoice #: ******* ***** Tracking #: ************
