    When we signed up for Talkdesk over 3 years ago, we never received an executed agreement from them. Since we were sent multiple versions of the contract but no versions of the policy were ever signed by both parties, we were unable to track down the cost and services we were paying for. Therefore, in February and March of 2024, I reached out to our account representative on multiple occasions via email, phone calls, and voicemails to no avail. In addition, I left multiple messages to the general mailbox, and still no messages were returned. It wasn't until after our supposed auto-renewal took place that anyone reached back out to us. They then informed me that according to their auto-renewed contract, we must pay for 24 lines of service when we need only 14 lines for another 3 more years, costing us $10s of thousands of dollars. When I asked why no one reached back out to us after showing proof of the repeated attempts to contact them, they stated that because our representative was no longer with the company, there is nothing they can do. When asking to produce the contract to which they were trying to enforce, they produced a contract weve never seen with the only signature being from one of our administrative assistants at the time, no one from their company signed or acknowledged this agreement with us. When I pointed out that the contract it clearly states; "The person signing on behalf of Customer represents that it has the full authority to execute and bind Customer to this Order Form. This Order Form shall only be valid and binding if executed by both parties." they did not respond, and only insisted I sign another contract, otherwise they would cancel my phone service. Since I receive such terrible service, I decided to switch providers. They are now refusing to port my phone numbers to my new provider and insisting on signing a contract with them or they will cancel my phone service altogether putting us out of business.

    I was sold talkdesk in April of 2023. I was told I would be able to use talkdesk "click to call" feature on Apollo.io. After signing contract, I waited a month before I had to reach out to them to get my software working. Talkdesk then set up an "implementation call" with me and ** team. In this call, I was working with what had to be a new worker. Our call consisted of me coaching him through the software, and him troubleshooting on his end for half of it because he did not know how to use the software himself. By the end of the call, my software was still not working. They then want to charge me an implementation fee above what was stated in the contract for that call. Fast forward, and the ** worker ends up ghosting me because he could not resolve my issue. He sends me back to sales who tells me that they will have to access my Apollo account and do a load of back end work in order to get the feature working on my Apollo account. Which they again would need to charge me an implementation fee to do. I have since expressed my distaste in this and have tried to resolve the issue with the sales team for a refund, but they will not do so even though they withheld a load of information in our sales calls. My software is still not working and it has been over 3 months now, and yet I am still getting invoices to pay for the software + the implementation fee. It doesn't make any sense to me and I am not using the product. Nor does the product even work for the intended purpose i bought it without having to pay a bunch of extra money that i was never told would be needed in the initial sales calls. I am continuously not receiving replies from sales anymore when i try to explain my complaints. I would like the contract to be cancelled on false claims and withheld information (not to mention terrible customer service) and I would like to never be contact by them again.
