Patreon confirmed with me that they were switching me to per month billing (instead of per creation) on May 1st. They had something happen with them in court and stopped the change without informing me at all about that. I did a campaign offering new Patrons early sign *** to something, got a handful of new members in the first week of May, then noticed they had not changed my billing type when they said they would. This led to people claiming the rewards and cancelling before a creation charge. Lost about $80 from this uncommunicated change of plans. When I asked if they could compensate the loss that they were responsible for, even by waiving of some fees, they declined.Business Response

I TOTALLY REJECT this response because PATREONS RESPONSE IS A COMPLETE LIE!: Patreon 100% False reply said "Hi there, Our team is actively working with the user since 14th of June and we are addressing their concerns to the best of our abilities. Patreon have NOT contacted me at all since this complaint was lodged! I have had NO CONTACT, NO EMAILS, NOTHING from Patreon since the 14th June 2025, Their statement is a complete LIE! Patreon have known about this issue since the 2nd of June ********************************************************************* supplying them ALL THE EVIDENCE and the refund being within the terms of their PATREON REFUND POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE!
The last email i had from Patreon was on the 12th June 2025 where they declined my refund a copy of Patreons last email to me is attached.

I was blocked by a a Patreon contributor for only triying to let her know that three was someone one pretending to be her. All i did was try to let her know. i was blocked and After talking to customer service and doing a complaint report they tell me that the Patreon contributor does not have to tell why they blocked or banned you that to me is horrendous business practice I think i should be told why or lat least some explanation as to why. I was paying for the service as well that is just not right. The contributor is BrittReacts . i have not even received any apology or explanation. if this is a reputable business than the least they can do is give a reason. I want BBB to contact them and i need an response not some person other than the contributor to give me a story there excuse which is not right and should not be allowed.Business Response

Several months ago I cancelled my patreon subscription but I continued to be charged $4.95 every month. I have contacted them numerous times and provided the information that they requested. They respond every time by saying they need something else. I have provided screen shots of the charge. They do not make it possible to speak to a person so I have to do this all through a chat. I believe that it is all computer generated and no one is reading what I send. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions. They have told me what to do and how to get a refund and it has never worked. And they continue to charge me every month even though I do not have any subscriptions with them.Business Response

My son, a Patreon subscriber, died Feb. 7th. He was charged for their services on a share credit card with me. Patreon will not quit charging the card even though they have been notified.
