    I have attempted to redeem my accumulated points repeatedly. I get emails saying my gift card will be sent within 24 hours. Nothing has ever come. This has happened a number of times. There is no telephone number to contact anyone.

    I created an Opentable account and made a reservation with my debit card. The next day I gat a call from a spoofed number (of my bank) saying there was unusual activity and asking for my account information for confirmation. They texted me a 6 digit confirmation number from the same number as my previous Opentable confirmation then proceeded to empty my bank account.

    All I want to do is to change my account password. But there is no link to do this in my Profile section and no responsive link in their chat customer support. I've tried calling the company, but they refer you to their chat service and disconnect. I need to change my password ASAP for security reasons, so if there is no way to do this in my account then I will need to delete it. Please help.

    I booked a reservation for a restaurant a week in advance for a very busy night. OpenTable cancelled my reservation, and I called the restaurant to confirm this. I contacted OpenTable for alternatives, except they blamed me for the cancellation! (I hadnt even been on the app and saw hours after the fact they cancelled it). This has put me in a bind and this website is unreliable. Id like some sort of compensation in points or rewards for time and trouble for having to completely change my plans on a whim on a busy night, when Id relied on this app to secure a reservation. I use this app regularly for reservations and this was a subpar and extremely disappointing experience.

    I recently experienced various forms of identity theft in which multiple forms of my personal information was stolen. I also had another issue in which a social media account from another company was hacked that I had for 15 years. In light of those issues there has been multiple reports that my personal information has been used to create Open Table reservations in order to contact people. I am asking that any accounts created using my information are identified, flagged and deleted. I also would like to know if someone used identifiers from my phone to create accounts. My phone model number is MGEQ2LL/A, Serial Number ************, EID is ********************************, IMEI ***************, MEID **************, ICCID ********************. I am also asking that a list of said accounts are provided to me. My name is ************************, my birthdate is 12/21/1990. This has caused a number of issues and I want to know if this is true that accounts were made in my name to contact people. My IP address is 10.41.239.184

    We terminated our contract with OpenTable and signed on with Resy (another reservation platform). OpenTable was terminated for multiple reasons including reviews that did not pertain to our business, or were false. I have made multiple attempts to have OpenTable DELETE our profile and remove the link from ******* ****** cannot do this, only OpenTable. Our reservations are being impacted due to this. They dominate the searches and refuse to remove your profile....in hopes your cover count will drop and you return to their platform. Bad business.

    We did receive an email from OpenTable today stating the following....


    Hello *****,

    My apologies for the wait in response! I just took a look and the listing page for your restaurant on OpenTable's website has been removed, as well as any link from ****** that would appear on the righthand side when searching for the restaurant. There is one remaining link that appears in the ****** search under your direct links to the restaurant, but when clicking on that link it will not take you to a listing page any more and that broken link will be removed by ****** with some further time.

    However, our listing is still live, our profile had not been deleted. As stated above the links were removed from ******, they are not. We also received a private dining lead through OpenTable today - which could not be possible if the profile was deleted.

    We try to use OpenTable to find more guests and they support us with 30 day free trial period. After 30 days, I don't feel any help from OpenTable, so I contacted them to cancel the plan, and they said they will cancel for me without any charge and we don't use OpenTable anymore. But I still received the bill and now they have been forwarded to an attempt for collection.

    I made a reservation for a restaurant on OpenTable. I receive too many emails. I have tried to unsubscribe but there is no way. I clicked on the email unsubscribe button and that takes me to a website. When I try to uncheck the boxes to unsubscribe nothing happens. I tried logging into the website preferences and the same thing happens. I try to uncheck the boxes and nothing happens.
