    Signed up for a monthly subscription but do not receive promised product , also no way to cancel subscription or contact anyone from the company . Am charged $90 recurring every month without way to cancel.

    I have been a member of Le Tote for many years. I pay a monthly subscription fee. I have tried to cancel my membership for over a month now and both customer service options to do so are not working. The email address, no one will respond to. The phone number is no longer in service. I went on to my bank statement today and they charged me the monthly charge still. Im lost as to what to do.

    I have used LeTote for many years. I recently restarted the service because they would not let me skip any more months (as they had in the past.) I really want to cancel because the service has gone down hill. It takes a very long time to get the clothing rentals to the point it is no longer worth the cost. I emailed the company a week ago to cancel with no response. They no longer support submitting requests through their website or app. I just want to cancel without getting my credit card company involved.

    Lord & Taylor acquired Le Tote who then was acquired by ************* None of the three firms provide any support for former Le Tote clients. I have attempted to contact Le Tote and Lord & Taylor customer service multiple times about closing my account with ******************** but receive no response. I was charged nearly $100 this month for the subscription which I did not authorize and refuse to accept the charge. Since it is a monthly subscription program, I am concerned that it will continue happening since no one is servicing the account to honor my multiple requests to cancel. I cannot get through to anyone by ****** to actually get my account cancelled and have no idea how to ensure the charges stop occurring. Its absolutely unacceptable to have no way to contact a company that is DEBITING money from your account without authorization and have no way of getting them to stop.

    I was charged $90 on January 13th after multiple days of trying to cancel my subscription. I sent numerous emails and chats messages with no response. I also tried all their phone numbers and have not heard anything. I want my money back.

    I have been using this service for several years and since December I have been unable to cancel, continue to be charged, and receive no product. I have reached out via live chat, email, and phone (which has been disconnected), I would like a refund for when Ive been charged without service and a cancellation on my account.

    I initiated a subscription with Le Tote in August of 2017 for a monthly subscription fee for clothes rental service. I wanted to opt out of the services in 2022, no longer wanting the clothing deliveries and not interested in products provided. There was no way to reach out or contact anyone to formally cancel the subscription. The numbers listed on their web site do not work, the Chat Bot does not respond and there has been no responses to multiple emails. Because I was unable to formally cancel the subscription I have been "delaying" the subscription for two months at a time (all they will allow) for almost 2 years now. I am not unable to delay the subscription or cancel the subscription. I continue to receive emails/text alerts from them regarding an upcoming subscription that will be mailed and billed out on 1/24, but I have no ability to communicate with them in response to that to decline the order and to formally cancel the subscription services all together.I have attempted to email ***************************** as listed as their contact email and received no response. I have attempted to communicate through the chat bot on their site, but have not received a response. I did receive an email from Newyorkandcompany Support - "Thanks for reaching out! We will be with you soon" after initiating a chat on their home page. But a week has passed and I have not received a response in the chat or via email.I simply want to have access to a source within the company to cancel a subscription.

    I was charged on Nov 13, Dec 13, and Jan 13 for a subscription that I have not received. I tried to call the number listed on my credit card transaction but the number is no longer in service. I tried to cancel my subscription online, but the help center no longer works with this company. I have been charged $270.93 total and have received nothing in return and was not notified that a payment was coming up. I do not want to be charged anymore and have set up a stop payment and dispute with my credit card company to make sure Le Tote does not receive anymore of my money. This company needs to be investigated and money returned.

    As other complaints have noted, LeTote has become unreachable.On Saturday, December 23, I emailed customer support ******************************* requesting to formally cancel my subscription. I did not receive any response from the support team, and emailed again on Thursday, January 11 after I was charged a monthly subscription fee of $89.88. Neither email has been acknowledged by the company.Today, January 15, I used the chat support function on the company's website, which says it is available from 9 am - 8 pm EST. I have been waiting over an hour with no response, other than an automated message. I have also tried a number I found listed on the company's website, **************, and received the following message: "The number you are trying to reach is currently not available. Please try dialing this number again later." There is no way to cancel the subscription through the website. I have attempted to put my account on hold several times in the past few weeks as a temporary solution, but the functionality is not working.As others have noted, I have used this company for many years and have received timely responses via email, phone, and chat in the past. If things have changed and no one is reachable at this company for cancellation, how can they continue to charge a monthly subscription fee? I want to cancel my subscription and be sure my card is not charged again.
