              Horrendous customer service.Ordered a shirt in the wrong size. Immediately sent the a message asking them to change the size and they responded saying, "Yes you ordered medium." Sent them a new message asking them to change it and they ignored me until I got a "product shipped" message. Now can't return it because it's a "charity item."And if they had taken the return, they would not have refunded the (not inconsiderable) shipping charge, might have taken a $5 "convenience fee" (their convenience I assume), and I still would not have the right size.If you buy anything, be absolutely certain that you're getting what you want or they'll s**** you over.
