    I won a TD Trifecta competition through the B/R Betting platform during the first weekend of the playoffs this past season. As a result of this win, I was promised to be shipped a B/R Betting hoodie free of cost. After repeated attempts to contact Bleacher Report and the people in charge of the B/R Betting stream, I have been promised the hoodie and asked for my address several times, yet I have never received anything. I was mainly in contact with the usernames @bagelandlocks_ and @mbolling. I have been a loyal user of ********************************************* for over a decade and have recommended for countless friends to join the platform, but this has quite possibly been the worst dealing with a business that I have ever experienced.

    I purchased a pay per view that I was unable to watch. I have contacted them over and over again and to this day, still nothing has been resolved. And I have already had to make a credit card payment so I wouldn't be late.

    I paid for AEW double or nothing for ***** and it will not stream. They will not give me any description as to why other than my payment is pending. ******, the customer service rep. Will not give me her id number or let me speak to a supervisor.

    On March 6 I ordered a ppv and didn't watch because it didn't stream on TV I sent email saying that I wanted my money back I sent everything they asked for still nothing

    Purchased a pay per view "***" named *** Revolution via their app available on the amazon fire stick and they never let people know their app was experiencing technical difficulties in which no one could watch the **** I had posted a complaint on ******* to Bleacher Report and saw that quite a LOT of people were posting the same complaint. The *** is still unavailable to watch as of this writing due to "technical difficulties" - again which Bleacher Report failed to notify customers of.I would like going forward Bleacher Report to 1. Fix their app 2. Notify customers if the app isn't working BEFORE they purchase a *** they can't even watch (like make the *** unavailable for purchase to begin with)3. I would also like Bleacher Report to issue a FULL REFUND to everyone who made a purchase of the *** Revolution *** *** on Sat Match 3rd 2023- regardless if they were able to ******* or not as possibly thousands of viewing customers were completely ripped off. Thank you for your time.
