    I booked a room on October 7, 2024 due to the Hurricane Milton and was so stressed out that I. booked in the wrong State!I was in Gainesville Florida but after I reviewed the hotel it was Gainesville, GA. I called immediately to try and cancel the resevation they said I
    could not band asked did I know a family friend or family member who could use the reservation I told them no! I don't even know where Gainesville Ga was at and no family or friends didn't either! I called the hotel which was the Guest Lodge and they cancel the reservation and told them to refund me my $507 dollars which was more than they said the reservation was. It stated when I booked it was $380! Today I called again and now they're saying they will refund me $254! That's unacceptable!I had to evacuate so you can imagine the stress I was under! I am on a fixed income and I don't have no $507 to lose like that! You would think it would not have been a problem because it was due ton and error from this disaster they could have been a little more compassion! I will never recommend them to no one because they do not accommodate disasters! Never use them they do not give the full price until you book than charge your credit card more than they quoted!

    Dont use this. Booked a hotel for my family 10 days before. I was charged. I get to the hotel at 9 pm because dinner took longer than expected and they didnt have my reservation. The entire city was booked. Found a crappy hotel after 2 hrs of calling around and I pray I dont have bed bugs now.

    Have had multiple delays, rebooking and cancellations while attempting to get home and while also 3.5 months pregnant. I asked southwest to get me as close as possible to buffalo, the solution was going through ********* but the flight left within 15 minutes of me arriving in *****. The flight attendant told me we would land at 1 AM. With this information I quickly booked a hotel using your service and put my phone on airplane mode. I landed at 2:10 am and went to the hotel I had booked. Was informed that hotel tonight had considered me a no show and cancelled my reservation. The hotel still had open rooms and all hotel tonight had to do was move the reservation by 1 day and he could check me in early. I called customer service which went back and forth for an hour. From 2:50 to 3:50 am including a ***** minute wait time for a call back. I explained my situation but there was no compassion or efficiency in finding a solution. All I was looking for was 3-4 hours of sleep and a shower. Hotel tonight just wanted my money and didnt care about my health or situation. Appalling and ineffective customer service. Will never use company again.

    Do not use Hotel Tonight. I booked a hotel stay in ******* for my daughter graduation trip. We were. very excited about the hotel and its location. We received an email less than 24 hours before our stay saying there was a mix-up and they had to cancel our reservation. I went to look for available hotels in our price range in that same area now since we are so close to the check in time, there is nothing remotely within my price range. To make it worse they said they said a refund option would take 5-7 business days. The problem is that if there is a mix-up a good business should own up to it and realize the troubles it causes the guest and help leverage their businesses resources to find a solution. Canceling at the last minute and not offering and instant refund is poor customer service plain and simple. It's their problem and they should have offered a better solution.I have used Hotel Tonight dozens of times. There have been a couple of times where I have needed to cancel or modify a reservation in which they were completely inflexible. There have been other times where the room I requested was switched to a different style room and once again they were not willing to make any changes. Be warned, if you use Hotel Tonight, do so at your own risk. There are many more reputable companies that have higher standards for customer service.

    I attempted booking a reservation through their the app and my bank decline immediately. My account ended up getting locked and disabled they stated that my account is suspicious and due to security reasons they had to disable and stated I cant create an account with my name ever. I felt discriminated dont ever use this app.

    Fraudulently misrepresents hotel prices. Does not provide adequate notice about relevant aspects of the reservation. Awful customer service. Do not use them.

    0 stars, users beware!!!!! This company is not a legit company. They accept people to use other's credit cards fraudulently and then will not reverse charges. I've never used this company, don't travel, and they charged $355 to my card! Horrible, fraudulent company!

    Used their website to try to book a hotel on my phone while on the road. I kept getting an error while trying to make a payment, so after the 3rd or 4th try, I decided to go to another website and book a hotel through there. After I had already checked in to the new hotel, I checked my email and saw that the payment for Hotel Tonight had somehow gone through even though I just kept getting an error on their browser-based site. I emailed them, and they refused to refund me and said I would've seen the confirmed booking on their app (which I do not have - I was using their site); I filed a complaint with my credit card company, and HT claimed that since I accepted their terms when attempting the payment, I was responsible for the charge. Now I'm $117 short and have no recourse. Do not use - go with a more reputable service, like Expedia or literally anyone else.

    Scam! I booked hotel in **************, **. Hotel said I was scammed and though I had a confirmation they couldnt honor it. Though HT did refund my original money, I I was left to figure out a room to stay in after a long drive thru windy Montana.

    Buyer beware. Coming home from *****, I booked the Holiday Inn *******. It was a 3 rated hotel supposedly recently renovated. Turns out it was filthy, stunk of marijuana, and was a transitional homeless shelter. I could not get in touch with hotel tonight and the Holiday Inn refused a refund. Stay away from the App and the Hotel.
