  Our water heater burst and water flooded our garage. I filed a request with Super and they had a plumbing company out the next morning. Per our warranty they picked up a good amount towards the cost of a replacement water heater. We were thrilled with ease of process and helping with a portion of the cost. We were thankful that we had a home warranty for this unexpected home repair and couldnt be happier with Super.

  Super responded immediately after receiving a service request to repair the air conditioner that had stopped running during one of the hottest days in late July. The technician arrived at the exact appointment time and placed on booties to protect the flooring. He checked the furnace prior to working on the air conditioner that had stopped due to a broken piece which was shared with me. The technician who was very knowledgeable and efficient repaired the air conditioner very satisfactory in a short period of time. I have utilized Super for other home repairs to include plumbing and electrical work and have always received excellent results.

  Ive been very pleased with my experiences working with Super. This time my upstairs A/C unit went out and within 24 hours it was up and running again. Being in *****, you cant ask for anything more!The technician was right on time, he was knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly. And he took the time to tidy up the outside unit. Requesting service from Super is extremely easy. Their communication is excellent! This is, by far, the best home warranty service *** ever had. Thank you!

  WAS MY FAULT, DON'T KNOW OUTLET WAS GFCI OR I WOULDN'T HAVE CALLED. SO I WASTED EVERYONE TIME AND LOST $75 DUE TO MY STUPIDLY.

  The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. The problem we had was after reading the web site the quote for our ice maker repair would be between $150 to $300. Well $500+ isnt even in the ballpark. Not the technicians fault so no blame there. We also read that parts are on the truck. This may or may not be the technicians fault. Either way I wasnt going to pay $500+ for an ice machine.

  This is a review of work performed on our ******* refrigerator. The technician was running late due to our late in the day appointment and the work previously done in earlier jobs. But, I have no complaints, because I understand how that can happen and I wouldn't want him to leave any of the previous jobs not completely done. I bring this up, because communications about the delay from Super and the assigned technician was excellent. I received updates directly from Super so I could change my expectation of his arrival. The person assigned to the job called my directly when he was on his way. By the time he arrived, it was dinner time and I know he had a couple more jobs to do after ours. He was not in a hurry to get out of here and it gave me confidence that he would do nothing less than his best and without feeling rushed. He was focused on his business of fixing our problem and took the time to explain to me what he found and how he was going to fix it. He expertly explained his solution, showing me what was wrong and what his plan was to fix it. I appreciated his approach late in the day not to do a quick job and run out the door as soon as he could to the next job.
