    I have wanted to cancel my subscription to Luminosity for 2-3 years because I have not been able to log in to the program, even after multiple communications with them. I have found NO successful way of communicating with them and their "chat" suggestions have been valueless. They suggest that you "log in" in order to discuss an issue. I CANNOT log in! THEY NEED TO POST A PHONE HELP LINE EVEN IF THEY ARE TRYING TO AVOID DOING SO FOR FINANCIAL REASONS OR OTHERWISE, This is just unacceptable.

    I have been on auto pay with lumosity.com for a number of years, five at least. The person I purchased the subscription for can no longer see and I wish to cancel services. However, I attempted this last year with no result and again this year. The contact information provided by my PayPal is the email I have contacted and also a phone number that is only an answering machine. I would like a refund and cancelation of auto renewal.

    Last year I signed up for a one-year subscription. I have now been billed without authorization for $59.95. I do not want to continue on. I want a credit for $59.95
