      There is no option for customers to select technical support, they just hang up on you.

      My Doctor retired July 30 I contacted my ********* the beginning of July, I was advised my records was with Patient Fusion affiliated with (Practice Fusion). I accessed the website set up username password information. I decide to look for a new doctor at a later date. This September I decided on a *** & tried to access the Patient Fusion Portal but forgot my password. I did as instructed & requested to reset my password. I entered my email address & was advised I would receive a link etc to reset my password needless to say I never received it! I contacted Patient Fusion which is on a ********** platform and there is NO LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH! The prompts offered do not mention what to do when you request a password reset and NEVER receive an email. How can this be for a company *** is affiliated with millions of ***********************. Utterly ridiculous! Now I cannot get my medical records from a doctor *** Ive been a ******************** for close to 25 years. I dont no what else I can do to get my medical files due to my ************** is closed due to hes retired. Patient Fusion should at least have a technical support option and a LIVE person to speak with. Dont forget your password because you may never receive a reset email. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone. Thank you

      I have had practice fusion for muliple years . I changed my number and email and could not get in system . I could not get in they dont get back with u and they have no 24 hour service . Patients waiting for meds . They told me i have to go get certified letterd etc just to get back in. U have to calm them after 12 every dat snd they never get bsck . They should not be allowed to operate with this horrible service . Now i have no acces to my patient records or e scripts Doctors beware It should be 24/7 hortible

      After signing a year agreement to what i thought would be a great EHR upgrade has been a nightmare generating regret and frustration. After starting to input my patients and scheduling i realized that basic offered implementations were not what it seemed requiring additional paid "apps" to do they offer in terms of customizations. It doesnt link to any other calenders except for zocdoc. How useless. False advertisement, scam and fraudulent. *** requested to possibly cancel explaining my difficulties but they could care less. I feel deceived, scammed. Called many times and left messages but no one calls you back and no supervisors to answer. I get a reply over email. ******* and thoroughly disappointed. The fact they do not have the BBB seal.of approval should tell you something and I didn't listen

      I am a patient forced to use this company's patient portal. If it doesn't work, they have no contact information. My doctor's ****** doesn't have any idea what I'm talking about when I tell them patient fusion says only they can handle my *total inability to access my own medical records.* And if you try to contact Practice Fusion since their patient portal has zero contact information, they just don't respond.I don't have the ability to get adequate care because of this horrible company.
