    This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. You can only get a call center in ***** that just reads off the standard form and will not escalate a problem. They keep charging the card after closing the account. Do not use the company..

    I have been a customer of ********************** for about 6-8 months now. To note, in the past, I had been on oral Phentermine prescribed by my PCP for about a year. With Phentermine, you are able to test your urine to ensure that is what you are taking. You can also taste Phentermine despite the manufacturer. At Henry Meds I started with unidentifiable capsules for the first 2-3 months. With the capsules, it never once showed up in my urine. I expressed concern that I was not receiving Phentermine. The doctor switched me to tablets. The tablets I received for the first 3 months were identifiable and had markings (which also means it is *** approved). Now I am on month 4 and I received unidentifiable tablets (no markings at all). It is also through a different pharmacy - how much do you want to bet that it will again, not show up in my urine?? My point is, YOU ARE NOT GETTING THE MEDICATION that you believe you are, that they claim it is. I am sure of this based on the results of the capsules. I could taste there was a little Phentermine in them, but not enough to show up in my urine. Injectables are not able to be traced. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE what people are injecting in themselves.... Scary!!! In my opinion, this is much more of an issue than money scams - although what people report is true. I have gone 2-3 weeks without any medication between my refills.I will update this to let you know if it shows up in my urine.

    Do not use this company!I got my first prescription with no issues. Billed me every month for my vial which was supposed to last 3 months. At end of that time, I ask to get bulk order instead. I paid $1200 and after they took my money the cancelled my order. After multiple calls and almost a month .. they said they found issue and will ship my bulk order. Bulk order took another 3 weeks to ship and arrived with syringes, alcohol pads and NO medication. After numerous communications, they stated they shipped the medication and I must have thrown them out in the packaging. No refund, no replacement. There was no way the meds were in packaging. Reported and contested to my credit card.Will never use or recommend this company!!

    Henry Meds was great until I went toHenry Meds was great until I went to cancel my account. They won't refund me for the last prescription refill which I never received. I've been passed off to 2 different "customer support" agents like a bait and switch scheme. Finally going to resort to just filing a dispute with my credit card company after being given multiple excuses and asked to be patient. Never took them this long to charge my account.

    Henry Meds Billing is totally profit driven. They have awful customer service. I was charged 2 months without getting any of medicine. I cancelled my subscription on May 31st and they charged me on May 30th. I asked if i could be refunded for the May charge after not receiving my medication again. After going to the escalation team My request was denied. They are purely profit driven. NOT an OUNCE of customer service. Do not use this company.

    My review will serve as my complaint for Henry Meds. I have been a patient for over 1 1/2 years-PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY OMG, Henry Meds USED TO BE wonderful. Now they just STINK. They screwed up my order for an expedited shipment which finally arrived 2 weeks later. BUT THE REAL PROBLEM I HAVE IS THIS: I was interested in a BULK ORDER so I went through the motions to see what the total price would be and was tricked into ordering. In other words, the website did not have a page to "review" the order. I called that same minute to cancel. No answer at the office. After 15 minutes of waiting on the line a recording came on and said there were no agents available. I wrote multiple cancelation emails. I FINALLY got an answer to the fifth email stating billing will address the issue. A week after that I received a message stating that the order could not be canceled. THE ORDER HAS NOT EVEN ARRIVED!! They took almost $3,000 from my credit card. I just called their office again and a recording came on stating that there are no agents to take the call.This must be the firms reaction to the *** canceling compounded Tirzepatide. RUN AWAY.

    When I first started the semiglutide injects I had a positive response and lost weight. After my third vial I began having problems. I was not losing ( actually gaining) and severe side effects. My provider suggested splitting dosages weekly. Still no luck. I talked to my provider again and was told maybe it was psychological eating! My next provider agreed that my side effects were too severe to continue. My metabolism became very slow.. not being able to eat enough, sleeping too much and severe nausea. We decided to try the orals. I asked how much they cost and was told 249 (which I was paying for the semiglutide). I was then told they had been charging me the wrong price amount all along. I opted for the oral 12 month but called before the prescription was shipped to go back to month to month in case I continued to have medical problems with semiglutide meds. Never received a ***ly. Called again this week and told by a VERY RUDE customer service *** that ********************** would not do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that wouldnt help because the decision had been made and I could not request another evaluation or supervisor phone call. I finally asked if she was telling me she was the ONLY person at HM I could talk to. She put me on hold for a supervisor but came back on the line to say they were busy and had put in a request for so some to call. I have enjoyed my relationship with Henry meds including most of the health providers and customer service ***s. **** are usually very friendly and accommodating. I think it is short sighted of HR to decline my request because my plan was to continue working with HM and stay with them.

    Just like others with recent complaints, Henry Meds was quick to take my money, literally out of my account on day one. Delivery of medication is another story. Last 2 months they charge my "fee" for the "program" but take 3 weeks to deliver medication. I am now out of med, customer service folks polite but can't help and yet to be able to be connected to a Manager. I would avoid this company and go elsewhere to seek weight loss medication. Your money appears more important and timely than your medication delivery and your health. As soon as I receive my next order (if ever), I will be canceling and finding another company that cares more about service, not just money.

    Deceptive scam. No where in the discussion with the representative or in any of the many emails do they state that this is a subscription. They send emails stating that I should log in to track my progress. Even when I logged after I was charged another $299 dollars, you had to search to realize that you were signed up for a subscription. At that point in time it is telling me to select my subscription, so very clearly I never selected a subscription option when I first signed up. There is no option to cancel, it just allows you to change to a different timeframe of subscription on the website. I tried to start a chat, but even though it was in the hours of support, I got an automated response saying I would have to submit a ticket. All the ticket is an email that starts the same cycle over again where they tell me it is a subscription that I am locked into. Something needs to be done about these types of services. Anything that is a subscription, you should have to actively select a button that confirms you are signing up for a subscription, not buried somewhere in pages of fine print and the. They have the right to charge you continuously even though they provided zero additional services.

    This is a scam company. They will take your money before you even have an appointment to talk to provider and if you try to cancel the appointment, theyve already taken your money and will not give it back. I got scammed out of $349. read the reviews on Better Business Bureau. They are rated F for *********** I have to go to my credit card company and dispute the charge with medicine I never received.
