    I ordered a Bellabeat leaf and other accessories back in April ******** #****-5106). I have not received my order and have recently sent additional emails asking about the progress of fulfilling my order. I dont hear anything back from ****************************** Its frustrating. They had no problem collecting their money but dont seem to be able to fulfill the order. Frustrating

    My husband purchased a Bellabeat ******************* health tracker from the Bellabeat company in December 2023. They have a 1 year warranty and it stopped charging. I reached out to their customer service and did not receive a response until the 3rd time I reached out. They told me to provide details of my issue and a video showing that the *** wouldn't charge and the connection pins were intact and unbroken. I provided everything asked for. They came back and said they would send me a replacement. I verified my address for them to send the replacement ******************* back on 7/30/24 as requested. Since then ib have not received any more information, a replacement or a response. I have emailed 8 times since then asking for a tracking # or an update without getting a response. I have only emailed so many times because they took so long to respond in the beginning. I don't understand why they won't answer me. All that I want is my replacement based on their warranty and based on what they told me I would receive.

    I have had the Urban Leaf tracker through Bellabeat for several years now, and I had multiple sync issues, on my old phone (s), but ever since I upgraded to the Pixel 7 recently, the fitness tracker appeared to be working much better, until the Bellabeat app crashed on December 11th, and will not open at all anymore. I have been in contact with the customer support line, also via ******** and have received a couple vague replies, basically stating that they are working on it, but it might take a while. Yet it appears that it is not an isolated incident, so I don't know why they are not at least posting updates on any of their social media accounts regarding this, meanwhile, they continue to post about other things, and send other emails out.I also find it interesting, that just a day or two ago, the app rating in the ****** Play store was only 2.3 stars, as it had been for a while. Yet tonight, when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, again, to see if it might open, all of a sudden, it jumped up to at least a three-star review? If not higher. That's quite a jump, in a day or two. I was already quite disappointed in the app on my previous smartphones, and to know that it only worked for maybe a month or so on my brand new phone, is even more disappointing. The least they can do is offer transparency. Many of us have already dealt with horrible customer service with accounts being locked for no reason via Instagram, and no response or public outreach from them whatsoever, and it appears that other companies are following. Posting other updates to social media, but nothing regarding a widespread issue.
