Cheap Digitizing provides digital media (software) that canbe downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or“grace period” after purchasing the files which means all sales are final. Onceyou have our files, there is no way to “return” it. Thus NO REFUNDS willbe accepted.
Designs are made as per order. The customer must be carefulentering the design size, Cheap Digitizing will not give credits or refundsover any design if the dimensions had been entered incorrectly by the customer.We provide 30 days free editing as a standard, if any thing requires anadjustment for better stitching it shall be done free of cost.
A Refund is only possible if the files provided byCheap Digitizing are not able to produce a good quality product after thecustomer has given chances to Cheap Digitizing to edit the files, and this isproven by the Cheap Digitizing management itself making an inhouse sample sewout of the files produced for the customer. Partial refunds of any sort aredone after a deduction of 10% transaction processing charges. Full refunds ifany are sent in full.
