  Been a customer of ********************** since they were Imperfect Produce (2017)Yes they are an opt out subscription service (if you don't request a skip, you get a default box. However the process to skip is straight forward using the app and website and can be done well in advance). They also give reminder messages .Extremely useful when I was traveling and forgot to set it up Order confirmation emails letting you know what was ordered and what was not able to be delivered (and if what was not available pushed you under the threshold.. you would still have free delivery)If there was a quality problem.. they would refund that portion. Occasionally quality issues with vegetable. In addition to produce and items made from the produce they occasionally have other items that I can try.

  I have been with Imperfect Foods for more than a year and I am always happy with the food and the service. When I signed up, it clearly stated how often I would receive a shipment, they always send me a reminder Email/Text, and whenever I've had an issue with an order, they refund me without issue.They are NOT a scam, but they are a subscription service, so know that a trial will lead to the subscription of your choice if you don't cancel. That being said, it's very easy to skip packages (you can skip lots at a time) and cancelling my other account was a breeze. Thanks Imperfect!

  I've had Imperfect Foods delivery service for several weeks now and I've found the food to very good quality. Their foods are often high quality name-brand foods, organic or natural. I live in a relatively rural area and am happy to have easy access to things like passion fruit and high quality meats without a two hour drive! I have not had any issues and look forward to "shopping" and getting my deliveries.

  We have been using Imperfect for two years in tandem with another local supermarket food delivery service. The quality of Imperfect items is comparable. The customer service of ********************** is better (they routinely respond quickly to errors in order or spoiled foods with credits, while the supermarket system can take more than a week to even respond via their automated system.) Imperfect uses less packaging and they take back the reusable packages. They also include a few gifts with each order. The delivery people are routinely pleasant, professional, and punctual.
