    Hope theyre every bit AND MORE ashamed & embarrassed as they should be about their *gross lack of* customer service. First time, chefs kiss, this time (12/2023), my order was SUPPOSED TO ship on or before 12/17. ZERO communication!$83, & this is NOT the time to messing around with peoples money!

    Ordered food on September 15th. No notifications from the company; no product. Tried calling. The phone rings off the hook. Emailed to no avail. This was my second order. First time was fine. Product was decent but not as good as expected after all the hype. They took the money and ran. I'm done with Atlas Monroe.

    Terrible. Do not order from them unless you want to lose money. It took me 4 months of back and forth to get my 1st order. Stupidly a year later I ordered again. I thought maybe they had got their c*** together. Ordered with a guarantee of delivery in 2 weeks. A month past the promised delivery still no order. Reached out to customer service received a "letter" stating that I could either continue to wait or file a dispute with my credit card company because they had no way to return my money. Done, dispute filed. I really enjoyed the product when I got it, but this is it.

    SCAM!!! Don't think because they were on Shark Tank you are dealing with an honest company. My order never shipped. If you email, you get no answer. If you call, you're told to email or text. I did both. No answer. Voicemail box is full. STAY AWAY. Just an enormous scam. Hoping AmEx can get my money back from these thieves.

    Placed an order on September 7th 2023 totally ****** which was deducted from my bank account on 9/8/2023. Had a shipping date of 9-14-2023. As of September 29th 2023 I have not received my order. The customer service number just rings-no one has responded to my emails. This company is a huge scam.

    I placed an order on 9/1/23 with a guaranteed delivery ship date of 9/14/23, on 9/21/23 it said delivered but i never received my order (I was home all day). I tried calling but no answers and I've emailed and left messages on their ******** and Instagram pages but still no response.

    We purchased vegan chicken online from Atlas Monroe on 8/31/23 for $108 with a debit card. They guaranteed it would be shipped by 9/14/23. It was supposed to be overnight shipping since the products are frozen. So we were supposed to receive the product no later than 9/15/23. The products didn't ship, so we contacted them on 9/15/23 asking if it would ship soon since it was past their guaranteed date. They didn't respond, so we sent another email on 9/19/23 saying that we're concerned since we haven't heard back and that they already took our money. They didn't respond, so we sent another email on 9/21/23 letting them know that we would report them and take action if we don't hear from them or receive the products by the end of the work week. We still haven't heard back and still haven't received the product.

    Tastes great but customer service is greatly lacking and in need of improvement. I've ordered two times and each time the promised ship date was not met. I honestly can live with that as I know issues come up. However, what I will not live with is a lack of communication. I attempted to reach out via email and was ignored both times. A simple response of "We apologize and are working diligently to fulfill your order" would have gone along way towards keeping this customer happy.

    I placed an order on 8/28 that was supposed to ship on or before 9/14. The number on the website only reached production staff who can't provide any assistance. I've left my name/number/order number to no avail. I've also sent emails. I wish I had read the reviews on the BBB website or on their own FB page. This type of thing seems to be the norm for them. I feel scammed!
