  Money back Guarantee is a lie. Read through the nonsense before you sign up. Asked for money back 4 days after signing up. Was told I would get a call back. 3 days later and 2 attempts of me trying to tract someone down and I get a call. Only to be told a person named **** made the decision, to not approve the refund and basically I needed to go out and get 10 ********s. If none of them get approved then they will return my money. My first ******** I actually sold on financing called Hearth several times. Could not get a hold of anyone to speak to. Then fills out the form on line. Hours later gets a call and never was approved. As far as being approved thats a personal deal with credit. But my deal is my client couldnt get a hold of anyone. And we paid for the best service they provide. Then I go around and around when it comes to a refund. I didnt use any kind of service and your ******** isnt happy.. so deny them after you have a money back guarantee. Stay away from this company. Scam

  This company is a complete scam. They charge old canceled credit cards and they offer horrible financing options. Zero stars.

  Applying was easy, but what they do not tell you is they have a very high processing fee once you use the card that they recommended for you to get which was not disclosed upfront so I am very annoyed. Customer and I will be finding a different way to pay.

  They never send you notice of renewal and they auto renew scam you into buying something you wont even use. RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY.

  Terrible Experience with Hearth A Waste of Time and Money I regret ever signing up with Hearth financing. We paid extra for the promise of offering 0% APR financing to our customers something that was never actually provided. Every one of our clients who applied was offered outrageously high rates (12%16% or more), making the financing useless and costing us several jobs.On top of that, their software is awful. It constantly crashes, gives endless errors, and is so unreliable that it actually made running our business harder, not easier. When we tried to resolve these issues, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive.We submitted our refund request within the 60-day window after realizing the service wasnt what we were promised. But Hearth refused, hiding behind fine print that they require ******************************************* order to qualify an unrealistic and unfair condition our business that doesnt get that amount of people to apply for financing.Their product is flawed, their service is poor, and their policies are designed to trap you. I strongly warn other businesses: stay far away from Hearth. Its been nothing but a frustrating, costly mistake for us.

  Once you try to cancel you are told about features that were never shared with you prior to trying to cancel. The Auto Renew has no warning or notice- I guess that don't have to but it is poor business practice. 1/3 of my customers that were preapproved ended up not being approved when it came time to provide funding.

  This has been the worst financing company *** ever worked with. I lost two confirmed projects because Hearth never answered their phones or followed up with my clients even after they were prequalified and had already signed contracts with me. My clients ended up going with another company that offered on-the-spot financing because Hearth failed to call them back, despite multiple attempts.I reached out to Hearths customer service for help, and instead of resolving the issue, they refused to refund my money. Im beyond disappointed. The reps were unresponsive, unhelpful, and the entire process was a disaster from start to finish.If youre a contractor or a homeowner looking for reliable financing support, look elsewhere. Hearth has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered and does not stand behind their platform. Avoid them at all costs.

  Very easy to work with. Very responsive to questions and assistance needed. Would like to see an option for changing amounts of the loan as project progresses. We hit some obstacles with the project that were not included in the requested funding. I did not want to apply for an additional loan just wanted to adjust my amount to accurately reflect the entire project. Overall, fast and easy to work with
