    I took out a small line of credit with FundBox. I completed all required steps: signed the paperwork, connected my bank account via Plaid (through their platform), and was approved.When I drew down the funds, I was informed that they would be deposited within two business days. After three business days, the funds were still not present in my account.I contacted ******************** by email and phone. They stated that on their end the funds had been sent. I then worked extensively with my bank to investigate. My bank confirmed that there were no pending or posted deposits, and that no transaction matching the trace number provided by FundBox exists.I have provided FundBox with multiple pieces of documentation including verified bank statements showing that the funds were never received. Despite this, FundBox continues to insist the funds were sent and is attempting to collect on this debt.I am requesting that:FundBox cancel this debt in full, as I never received the funds.FundBox close my account ******************************** cease any further collection attempts or reporting on this matter.I have full documentation of my communications and my bank is preparing a formal letter confirming that the referenced transaction never reached my account. I am submitting this complaint to BBB to seek resolution and to ensure that other consumers are made aware of this concerning business practice.

    Refuse to investigate my identity theft properly ,sent me files without my signature or ID , then after I sent my police report they claim to have a recording of me claiming its my account but refuse to send me the recording. Claims my police report is insufficient when I spoke to the detective they said the company never reached out and said the report number is usually enough but I will be sending the full report once it comes in the mail

    Fundbox **** is incorrectly reporting multiple monthly charge-offs for the same debt, which is inaccurate. A charge-off is a one-time event and should not be reported repeatedly. Please investigate and remove the duplicate entries per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

    I am disputing an invalid account reported by ***************************** Name]** on my credit report. This account is inaccurate, unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must be deleted per federal law.

    I have contacted Fundbox **** several times in regard to reporting fraudulent/inaccurate information onto my credit report MULTIPLE times. Experian has deleted this information 4/5 times and Fundbox almost immediately and maliciously adds it back onto my credit report. I've submitted an *** report and reached out to Fundbox **** about this issue the only thing they suggest me do is reach out to support. Ive never done business with Fundbox ****

    I am writing to urgently address the inaccuracies on my credit report that have resulted from the unauthorized sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus. This situation has caused me considerable financial and emotional *********** specified in 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I have a right to financial privacy and expect my information to be treated with strict confidentiality.Moreover, according to 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2), a consumer reporting agency is not permitted to disclose account information without my explicit consent, which I have not provided.The discrepancies linked to FUNDBOX *** have adversely affected my financial stability, and I am requesting immediate correction of these errors.Additionally, I remind you of 15 USC 1666(b), which prohibits creditors from marking credit card payments as late under specific conditions.For your reference, my account details are as follows: Account Number: *******I request a detailed review of my account and immediate correction of these inaccuracies to ensure compliance with federal laws.If this matter is not addressed promptly, I may be forced to pursue legal action.     This complaint is against FUNDBOX *** I recently opened a credit builder account with them and later I received an email after I was approved that they needed my EIN from IRS and my Driver License to confirm my identity and that I had 14 days to submit this to ********************* I did on July 15 sent the documents requested on July 15,2024 the email from funndbox was sent to me on July 11,2024 and I had 14 days to submit this.My complaint is that on same day July 15,2024 I received another email stating they closed my account due to not receiving documents.I just uploaded documents please see same documents sent to company I am requesting funndbox to reopen my account base off documents received and base off this company was so rush to close my account without given me sufficient time to respond.

    The business incorrectly imposed penalties on a credit line account and 1.) disabled the credit line and 2.) demands the line is paid in full before any conversation regarding re-enabling the credit line is started.Their support team(s) have avoided and/or failed to address all attempts to resolve the mistake over the course of 3+ weeks.Over the course of those 3+ weeks, multiple members have called to resolve the issue (some weeks daily), and request communication with manager/supervisor staff, including requests to be added to call-back lists. Contact with a manager/supervising staff has not been made to-date.Their support system and staff insufficiently supports the ability to notate ongoing issues or correct issues regarding the credit lines despite this being their business model.Existing public and BBB reviews document a multitude of similar cases suggesting this is a common practice for the business.The business appears to have acted unethically and lacks the sufficient support structure and/or ethical business policy as to appropriately address issues and fulfill their contractual obligation to their customers.

    I've been impacted by identity theft. I am aware of unlawful transactions and suspicious activities linked to my identity. I've already reported the incident to the police, but I still need assistance to have this resolved.     This company has erroneously placed this account on my personal credit report and this is a business account. For some reason, they have not been able to draw the amount out of my account due to no fault of my own. This is a business account and not a personal account and is affecting my chances of purchasing a home.
