    ******** account resolution process. Due to suspicious activity, my account was frozen and it has been over a month now and every time I speak to a representative I am told they are escalating things and it will be 3 to 5 more business days. This is some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I cannot wait to close my account permanently. I will never use Affirm again nor will I recommend them.
