      Payments to Atmos checking were as follows: 6/7/2023 $145.82 which was applied as $80.43 interest and ***** principal. Next was 7/7/2023 of $145.82 applied as ****** interest and ***** principal. Next was 8/7/2023 of $145.82 applied as $110.31 interest and ***** principal. Last was 9/14/2023 of $145.82 applied as ****** interest and ***** principal. This payment was posted late because of a problem with Atmos automatic withdrawal from my Seacoast linked account. My problem is in all of my life with many loans and mortgages I have never seen applications where interest was increasing monthly and principal decreasing. I spoke and communicated with several employees of Atmos and one of its founders *********************** and was told that the amounts were correct. My solar loan was funded by their partner ************** of *********, **. I have included a copy of my contract which was for $33,600 to be paid over 300 months. Please advise me of the correct way to resolve this. Thank you, *********************************

      Dear customer, Thank you for leaving us a review. Our solar loans are simple interest loans, and payments are applied when received pursuant to the terms of the loan agreement. While the issue referenced is self-correcting from one month to the next, we understand the confusion and apologize for our part in any breakdown of communication. I also understand that the referenced financial institution was incorrect, and that would have been a frustrating process when you reached out to them.
