    I initially signed up for a 7-day free trial via the **** online website (not via ***** or *********** and tried faxing a document in my new **** account when I signed up. When I was unable to fax beyond the cover page as I had multiple pages to fax to that same number, and it was a rather urgent fax, I assumed that I had to first subscribe for the service (which automatically charged the annual fee of $299.99 I thought would be refunded to me if I were dissatisfied with the service or canceled within the 7-day free trial period) so I subscribed and immediately received an invoice of $299.99 which was charged on my credit card. I was somehow able to send the 6-page fax document to the same number after my payment/subscription. I was not happy with this service because during my free trial somehow initially I wasn't able to send multiple pages to the same number but as it was an urgent fax I decided to subscribe for the annual fee (which was the only option for subscription in my iFax account) so I did not have time to contact their support services. When I tried to cancel my subscription within the 7-day free trial period, i was able to cancel the service but **** refused to refund me the $299.99 stating that I did not have a reason to receive a refund based on their refund policy which was not posted anywhere on their iFax online website. I tried explaining that I had not intended to subscribe but due to the technical issue I was experiencing with difficulties sending multiple pages to a number I thought it had to do with the limitation of the free trial I subscribed thinking I would be able to receive a full refund if I canceled the service within my 7-day free trial period but they refused stating that it did not fit their refund policy despite the fact that they acknowledged I canceled their service within the 7-day free trial period. I mentioned that their refund policy was nowhere to be found online which they ignored.

    They do not cancel your subscription as requested. They act like the subscription is not cancelled after the free trial, then charge 300 dollars for an annual subscription. This is fraud. They do not send a confirmation email when you request the subscription to be cancelled just so they can say you never cancelled it. Not only that, but they claim to send online faxes. I sent a fax during the free trial and it was not received by the recipient. They lie and tell you the fax was sent successfully, but the recipient never receives it. **** this business down.

    June 19, 2025 Amount Charged: $299.99 I signed up for **** under the impression that I would receive a 7 day free trial. After entering my payment information, I was immediately charged $299.99 for a one year subscription. There was no clear warning that this charge would occur immediately, and the "trial" was misleading. I only needed to send one 9 page fax, which I completed shortly after sign up. I contacted the company immediately requesting a refund and I explained that I had not intended to purchase an annual plan. My request was denied, and they stated that they have a strict "no-refund" policy. (Attached is a full transcript of the live chat)I believe this business uses deceptive advertising practices by promoting a free trial that results in an automatic charge without adequate disclosure. I am seeking a full refund of the $299.99 charge.
