    Thieves! I purchased a kit from this company for an event. The package got lost in transit. I stayed in contact with customer service and they just kept saying they were watching it. It never moved and my event passed. I requested a refund as I did not receive any product. They refused. They demanded they send a replacement I declined because again the event passed. They still have yet to refund me or fix the issue. This company is a scam and I truly hope no one buys from them. Worst customer service I have ever received.

    This company is a scam; false advertising like Ive never seen. I ordered the deluxe starter kit. On their website, it lists out everything thats included, it even has you select three sets of eyelashes as well as the color of eyelash glue youd like to have included in the kit. When I received my order, the lashes and glue were not in the package. The packing slip lists out the exact eyelashes and glue I had selected, and because they WERE NOT in my shipment, I emailed customer service (they dont provide a phone number, which is terribly annoying because they take days to respond).They told me the eyelashes and glue arent included with what I ordered, which is incorrect. Ive gone back and forth with them several times. I sent them snip images of whats listed on their own website as well as a picture of the packing slip with the missing items highlighted. They said that I must be confused and that they would give me 15% off of the eyelashes and glue, which is laughable since Ive already payed for them!In my last email I asked for a supervisor to get ahold of me, so well see what happens. This has been a huge pain; all I want is what I ordered! If youre thinking about ordering from them, DONT!     We are very sorry for the confusion. Our Deluxe Starter Kit is invoiced in five items: our Deluxe Starter Kit bundle that includes all the accessories for $25, three sets of lashes for $11 each, and the PRO Lash Glue for $17. In your order, only the bundle was invoiced and paid. The order total was $30.82, including $1.82 in taxes and $4 for shipping, instead of the $75 plus taxes that it would have been if the order had been invoiced correctly. As the lashes and glue were not included in the invoice, they were not shipped. We truly apologize for the confusion this caused. We hope this information clarifies the confusion. We understand this was frustrating and would love to create an invoice for you to purchase the lashes and PRO Lash Glue with a 15% discount as an apology.

    I purchased from Lilac Street $100+ worth of lashes November 26th. My bank was charged on November 27th and shipment claimed to have gone out but no available tracking number. I have reached out numerous times on 12/8, 12/13, and 12/16 to their provided email to their website contact us page since there is no phone number available. I added photos to the email showing the status updates I have. This is beyond 48 hours for a reply back. I want a refund at this point. I was highly recommended to purchase these lashes and am now regretting I ever purchased from here. This will be my first and last time ever purchasing from this company.

    There ** NO phone number to contact customer service and the chat features says they will contact you in several hours.Yesterday I waited for 7 hours for an unacceptable answer., today 3 hours and counting.

    I liked them at first, the lashes themselves are nice. But then the emails and texts kept coming pushing me to buy a subscription. The last one was subscribe now for a "free gift" with your subscription. Well it got me, and I subscribed but guess what? That "free gift" never came and after talking to several other members, I found out they also didn't get the "free gift" and we're all being ignored by "customer service". It's false advertising to get you to pay more and monthly! I can't even unsubscribe from it either because they of course made that hard to do on the website. Besides that I've witnessed several other members who were promised something in their shipment that they didn't get. Needless to say, I won't be using this company anymore. Be aware of their sketchy practices if you do.

This caused the free gift to not be included in the order. We sent out the free gift separately when we saw that it had not shipped. We can see in the tracking information that your free gift was delivered on June 9th. If this was not the case, please reach out to us and we can gladly look into this for you. We assure you that we have every intention to honor our promotion and sent out the free gifts as soon as we realized a glitch prevented them from shipping with your order. We aim to response to all our customers within 48 hours. I searched our system and was unable to find communication from the email on your account. Is it possible that you reached out through a different email or through social media? Our social media channels do not go to customer service and sometimes it can take a few more days for those messages to be routed to the correct department. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
