    If I could leave a zero star rating I would! I ordered a car part through ***. *** stated that the part was delivered. I NEVER received the part. I called *** and they told me that they have a warranty company called Extend and they would handle the replacement for me. I called them and they told me I to wait for 5 days to file a claim. Well, 5 days passed by and still no package. I made the claim and I was told that the claim was denied because *** said it was delivered. *** had no proof where they delivered it. But I know for a fact it wasnt to me!!! Then the gal I talked to said to file a claim stating it was stolen. I did that and got denied because I didnt have a police report! Why the h*** do you have a warranty for that if that dont do anything about it?? I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!

    Do not get this protection plan for your security cameras. Doesnt not cover any weather related issues. Its a waste of money I got the max years to cover everything. I cant even use my camera system anymore be aware on what it covers before you buy. Not worth the cost.

    My wife purchased a recliner for me from ****** Furniture and this old us the Extend Product Protection plan. They told us if the recliner was defective or was to break the insurance would replace it. I submitted a claim o 08/01/25 and the had me submit pictures of the broken mechanism the fabric separating and the tag with the serial and model number. 5 days later the emailed us that a technician would come out on 08/15/25. When the technician came out he didn't come to replace it. he came to look at the chair and take more pictures of the same things I had already submitted. Then on 08/19/25 we got an email from extend that the parts had been ordered and should arrive at my address in 2 to 4 weeks and that I need to call them when it arrives so they can schedule another technician to come out within 2 to 4 more weeks. The reason my wife bought me this recliner is because I had triple bypass heart surgery and the doctor said I need to keep my feet elevated. I called Extend and spoke to someone on their call center who was very apologetic and understanding but told me there was nothing they could do to expedite the repairs and that because the technician said it was repairable they couldn't replace it. One ****** is misinforming their customers in order to sell this protection which I'm sure they get compensated for selling and two Extend should not put customers in a situation where the customer has to wait 2 to possibly up to 3 months to get their furniture repaired or replaced.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They dont help with your claim. I received damaged items and some of my items never arrived. They never properly helped me then they sent an email after I filed a claim stating my issues of the products they tried to say this was fraudulent. DONT do business with them I took a loss on an order that was 371.00$

    Extend Denied Warranty Coverage Based on Policy Error / Still Waiting for Resolution I purchased a Super73 e-bike in November 2023 along with a 1-year Extend protection plan. The manufacturer warranty clearly covered the bike for one year through November 2024. According to Extends own terms (Sections 3.4 and 4.1), my protection plan should have started after that period, running through November 2025.Instead, Extend marked my plan as "expired" on the very day it should have begun and blocked me from filing a warranty claim when my hub motor failed. Ive contacted Extend with documentation outlining their own policy, but *** received no response or resolution. Their portal still lists the plan as expired, even though I am within my valid coverage window.Ive now filed a formal complaint with my states *********************** to push for coverage reinstatement and the ability to submit my valid claim.This is not just a customer service issue its a case of a warranty provider failing to honor the terms they sold. I hope Extend will make this right before legal or regulatory escalation is required.

    this is the worst company ever you advertise a service but when a customer has a problem with the product and put in a claim you deny with suspected fraudulent activity the fraud is the service that you claimed to provide I paid for a warranty for product damage and did not get what I paid for I will definitely be giving you a bad review thanks for nothing

Our priority is to ensure the integrity of our services and protect the interests of our customers through fraud identification measures. While essential for trust and security, we understand these measures can occasionally cause frustration. 

    As a courtesy, we conducted a secondary review of Mr. ******* claim and the additional photos provided, and we found that the claim did not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the protection plan. His plan was refunded on July 31st. 


    While this outcome may differ from Mr. ******* expectations, we are committed to delivering fair and transparent service consistent with the terms and conditions outlined in the plan. We remain available to address any additional questions or concerns he may have.

    Very Disappointed with Extend's Frustrating Claims Process**I recently had a deeply frustrating experience with Extend regarding the warranty on my Summit Outdoor drinks fridge and ice machine. Out of nowhere, both appliances began beeping, so I reached out to Extend to file a claim for repairs. To my dismay, I received an email stating that my claim was determined to be fraudulent, and as a result, Extend decided to cancel my policy completely and refund me the policy cost. I don't want a refund; I need my appliances repaired!When I called Extend for clarification, they couldn't provide any reason for labeling my claim as fraudulent. Worse still, they informed me that since I'm no longer "active" in their system, they can't even discuss the matter with me. This entire ordeal has left me out in the cold, without the appliance repairs I need or any clear explanation from Extend. Unfortunately, despite my effort to make this right, I've been met with stone walls and poor customer service. Im hoping this review will help others be wary about relying on Extend for warranty coverage. A warranty should be a safety net, not a source of stress and confusion.

    Paid >$100 for Peace of Mind, got a total rejection When I purchased my Nectar mattress I spent $130 on an Extend protection plan, assuming it would cover issues outside ******* limited warranty. After discovering mold on the mattress (while two identical units remain pristine), I filed a claim with photos and a timeline.Extend denied coverage quickly, citing the same mold exclusion Nectar relies ondespite positioning itself as an extra layer of protection. No inspection, no nuance, no partial credit toward replacementjust not covered. This was something offered by ******'s website on checkout so I thought it must at least cover more than what Nectar does, but nope.I own three Nectar mattresses purchased over the past few years. All have lived on metal platform frames at least a foot off the floornever directly on carpet or hardwood. Two are perfectly fine; one developed visible black mold on its underside, which led to weeks of unexplained fatigue, dizziness, and brain fog for my spouse and me.Because the mattresses share the same environment, airflow, and care routine, I suspect this unit arrived with dormant spores that slowly bloomed. Takeaways for shoppers Read every line of Extends contract; or better yet, upload it to chat gpt or something and have it call out exclusions or anything ************** could pay more than 15 % of the mattress price for a plan that adds zero real-world protection.I urge Extend to refine its policies on this, at least in the case of the customer maintaining proper ventilation and care.

    If I could give 0 stars i would. I used extend to insure my items countless times and the one time I have to make a claim, it has not been resolved over a month now. Every person working there sounds like they don't want to be there and most of them do not help you at all.I had one woman lie and say she tried to call to verify the police report and she didn't even call them and told me the police station said the incident report number is wrong. HOW COULD THAT BE AND THEY PROVIDE THAT NUMBER!!! I called the police station and they verified it in seconds. After I called back to verify to the extend employee that the number was correct. They said they have to make another claim! It's already been a month since submitting my first claim! Will absolutely never use them again! Been getting the run around for far too long.

    I purchased 2 products from ******** with insurance from Extend. When I received the package, I found only one product inside my ****** Smoking Hot bottle was missing, even though the order clearly included 2 products and the invoice in the package confirmed that 2 items were shipped.After contacting both Jomashop and Extend, it seems they are just passing the blame to each other. No one takes responsibility, and no one truly cares about their customers. Their only concern appears to be profit.After I left a review on Trustpilot, Extend responded telling me to wait while they resolved the issue. But then nothing. No further ************ feels like the people working there are simply paid to give scripted replies to customers, designed to deny their rightful claims and avoid responsibility.
