    I paid for three months membership at Club Pilates SOMA from January through March 2022, and this was set to auto renew after 3 months. I have a receipt from 2/10/2022 for an agreement cancellation - meaning I would not get charged after the 3 months, and my membership would end. It says specifically There are no future payments scheduled. However, I was charged again for many months over, and have been calling nonstop for months now regarding these charges - now, I am STILL owed $400 dollars by this business. I have called dozens of times, even been into the office many times to speak with the manager and get my money back. Their excuse is always corporate red tape for not giving me a refund. They were only offering me class credit, which I refused, as I have no interest in giving my money to a business that has held my $400 with them for months after wrongfully charging me. It was THEIR mistake. Further, they charged me AGAIN in June 2022. Luckily, after talking to a different employee than the one I had been interfacing with at the beginning of raising my complaints, I got that months membership back, but I am still owed that $400.On August 16, 2022, after coming into their office, I was finally sent a refund invoice for half the amount I was owed, and said they would send me the other $200 dollars on 9/16/2022. Now, not only did that first $200 never go back to my credit card, they never attempted to send me the other $200. I have sent many emails, left countless calls, and have not heard a word back. It is now October 2022, and there has been no resolution.
