    I purchased tickets to see **** **** perform a comedy skit in *******, ***** on September 12, 2025 (guest access code: L6H3WZ; it won't allow me to put the order number because the website says it looks like confidential information) in the amount of $314.68 for 2 tickets. My phone automatically sends the date to my calendar, but for some reason it placed it on the 13th instead of the 12th, so in order to verify the date, I Googled the date of the show. According to two separate ticket sites *********************** Seats) he will be in ***************** on the 12th and 13th of September....1,719mi away. I am in **** (*******) and work nights at our embassy here, so it's difficult for me to call anyone to handle this matter due to the time differences not counting all of the constant dropped calls as they do not have reliable cell tower service like we do in the ****** This business has more than enough complaints, looking at the reviews, why is it still in service?

    StubHub's Fan Protection is False Advertising I purchased two Premier parking passes on Stub Hub and never received them. A rude Stub Hub "Fan Protection" customer service *** offered me useless and unfair ***lacement passes (Early Parking) after all lots were open and free of charge and then discontinued our chat with no alternatives provided. This was approximately 2.5 hours before the concert and 45 minutes after I was suppose to meet my customers to tailgate and of course I had all of the refreshments. I never accepted the new passes, went to the show and then asked for a refund the next business day. I was flat refused by another unhelpful customer service *** who stated that there was nothing they could do after the fact. I would like my $200 refunded.

    Terrible! Be very careful or avoid them all together. I was charged for insurance and parking that I didn't want. **************** was useless. I was delayed and ultimately denied a legitimate refund. They charged my card and used a deceptive approach. Fortunately, the insurance company provided a refund but StubHub was awful and charged me $277 for parking. WATCH OUT!

    I paid 4 times the normal Price for 4 tickets, then the event was cancelled - Ive been trying to get a refund ever since. Theyre saying it was postponed. I only wanted tickets for that day. Ive disputed the charge with my credit card (Apple card) and theyre not having any luck either. I just resubmitted my dispute. Ill go to court if I have to. Never ever do business with StubHub again

    Purchased a parking pass. It was a mobile pass. The venue told us they dont accept mobile passes and we needed a physical hang tag. Stubhub did not send us what was needed and will not refund. They have proof of what the venue requires. They suspended my account and I was told the pass was valid. Such a scam. If I could give zero stars I would

    Purchase two tickets on May 9, 2025 for a ***** ****** show at the funnybone in ********, ********. The show dates were moved from June 6 to June 17 through the 19th. Was not notified of the change. The original purchaser that bought the tickets from funnybone was refunded so we were unable to resell the tickets or use them. We provided StubHub all of the information including emails back-and-forth from funnybone saying that the ticket that we were sold was not valid. It is now June 28 and they are still refusing and giving us the runaround for the tickets refund. Theyre saying that they have to see that the show was actually moved when in fact they listed tickets again for the June 17 through the 19th shows. I keep getting automated emails saying that they are doing the research and I constantly call and keep getting an automated answer from emails telling me I need to wait another three business days and then I get another email saying the same thing and then another.I called them on the dates of the shows so that they could just give me more tickets because I did not necessarily want the refund and they said that they dont do that. I understand that the employees are there. Just trying to get a paycheck reading a script, but that doesnt make me feel any better that they got over $200 out of me for nothing.

    They have the worst customer service, The day of the event my tickets were unavailable and I was not able to attend. I contacted customer service and they let me know there is nothing they can do

    I was scammed and you cannot speak with anyone. They will play on chat to pretend as if they are assisting you. It is all lies.

    Absolutely horrible company. I sold a concert ticket through them. The company I purchased from was ***********. Their app did not have a forwarding option. While at a concert, I was notified I sold a ticket. I worked with ***** to get them to forward a ticket. They didnt have a forwarding option. Their customer service told me forward the link sent to me direct to the customer. I did that. I also sent my cell phone number in case anything came up. The next day I was told that not only did the customer not receive the ticket, but I was to be charged for replacement as well. I submitted the *** with purchase, the email sent to the customer with a time stamp and the *** to the tickets. I verified the tickets were still active and still Stubhub charged me. Customer bought a ticket, I provided a ticket, I was charged. Do not go near these rip off artists. Huge scam.

    I purchased tickets for the *** ***** show in ***** on July 18. After weeks of receiving unclear updates, my order was suddenly canceled and refunded. StubHub did not offer comparable replacements or do anything to fix the emotional damage caused by this situation.This event was personally meaningful, and the lack of accountability caused me daily stress and anxiety. I am now seeking therapy due to how emotionally impactful this situation has been. StubHub should acknowledge the harm done, not just issue a refund and wash their hands of it.
