    **** stay away. I have been trying to cancel for the last year and they wont let me. i have not used there system the last year and they make it super difficult to cancel. STAY AWAY.

    I had a subscription with this company from 2019 until I went out of business in 2023. In June of 2024 I received a notification that their service was due for a renewal. I reach out and spoke to my spokes person from their company to cancel my subscription. The subscription was cancelled according to the phone conversation, not know that they would claim to contact me days later to confirm what I had just reached out to them for and when they failed to reach me they still charged my bank account. Fast forward to 6/24/25 . I received an insufficient funds notification from the bank and found out that not only did they still charge me 2024 days after I filed for cancellation they charged me again and for an even larger amount. Something has to be done with these scam likely tactics. Its unfair and its unethical !!

    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding unresolved disputes I have submitted multiple times to **************** concerning unauthorized charges from two companies: Wix and Motive. I canceled services with both Wix and Motive several months ago and contacted **************** to request that all related automatic payments be stopped. Despite my repeated requestssubmitted over five times Two charges of $245.18 each I have since provided **************** with copies of emails that include the cancellation confirmations and corresponding dates. I have also communicated directly with Motive, and representatives from both companies acknowledged the cancellations. In addition to these unresolved disputes, **************** recently decreased my credit limit after I was a victim of identity theft, which caused a temporary drop in my credit score. Despite never having a late payment with ****************, they penalized me by lowering my limit, which I believe is both unfair and damaging to my financial standing. I respectfully request that my original credit limit be reinstated. I am seeking your assistance in holding **************** accountable for: Failing to honor dispute submissions and stop unauthorized autopayments Not properly investigating and resolving repeated billing complaints Reducing my credit limit despite a solid payment history and extenuating circumstances

    ZERO STARS WASN'T AN OPTION... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS As a trucking company using Motives ELD and fleet management tools, weve faced relentless customer support failures that jeopardized operations and compliance. During a DOT audit (JanFeb 2025), Motive delivered incorrect RODS data late, despite clear requests for seven drivers, nearly causing compliance issues. Follow-up requests were closed as duplicates or answered with wrong data. Our Customer Success Manager was unresponsive, missing meetings (May 2025) and replaced without notice, leaving us to re-explain issues. Hardware failures (cameras, gateways) caused downtime, and the Comdata fuel integration remained incomplete after 5+ months. Feedback on shipping docs was ignored. We requested a contract exit by 9/1/25, but Motives team (****, *** *******) dodged responses from 5/13/25 to 6/4/25, offering no resolution. Surveys were sent but ignored, with support recycling useless articles. Motives 1-star service is a liability for trucking firms. We urge others to beware and demand better.

    Consumers, Truckers and Everyone beware of this company they are total scammers, the US ****************** need to investigate and shut them down permanently. They are running a scammer operation trying to trap hard working people into fake subscriptions under false pretense and false advertisement. Extremely poor customer service with generic AI generated responses to major issues and concerns I have strong doubts that they are a 100% U.S based company you can barely understand them trying to speak English over the phone. I recently reached out to this company about their eld device, one representative who goes by the name **** sold me a bunch of fake information about device including dashboard dash cam and a bunch of other nonsense, when I received device non of that was included in the package, so I called them right away explaining my issue and concern being lied to asking for a return label to send their product back so I can receive my refund, but for five days now they have been giving me the run around about some dam fake audit with issue still not resolved. The ****************** needs to audit them

    Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. Their system is out of date causing false accusations, says your speeding when doing the limit. Says your talking on your phone while scratching your ear. Says your following to close when you're not, stop n go traffic is bumper to bumper. So do yourself a favor and do not get motive eld or you too will be paying for their motive, to take your money even if you did nothing wrong. Ps, they don't deserve a star...

    I locked in a 3 year contract with promotional pricing in 2022. Forgot about it (it had been 3 years after all), and I was auto renewed for a one year contract without receiving notification prior to my renewal ******** Im locked into a year contract for a service I no longer need. I shouldve been more aware of this provision when I signed the first contract but thats why they structured it this way. They want you to forget so that they can exercise that auto renewal clause. They are predatory, they have terrible customer service, and I would highly recommend that you take your business to another company. Just look at all of these reviews; not a single positive thing to say about this company.

    My annual renewal was renewed even though I tried to cancel 2 days after the charges were posted to my bank account. I told them I no longer needed the three paid *** devices because those trucks were no longer on the road. They said I needed to cancel the contract 30 days before the renewal date. They are a bunch of scam artists. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT REPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

    ** 15% increase to $50. I preceded to explain thats a 25% increase. He explained if we sign for 3 years we are locked in at $45. The auto renewal for one year changed from $50 on Monday its Friday and now $55. We decided to let it auto renewal for a year at $55 and try another bigger company at half the price and then cancel with Motive. We just need the electronic logs and would like the *** tracking and history to work correctly. I stopped calling support. They have no fix. Just waist your time and try to sale you other expensive unnecessary services even after you tell them repeatedly you are not interested and just want your existing service to work correctly. Why would I waste more money on services when these dont work. ******** company taking advantage of DOT requirements. A product or service should sale itself not a **** ****** salesman.
