    Subject: Formal Complaint Against WikiAdvisers Breach of Contract and Unfulfilled RefundTo Whom It May Concern,I am filing a complaint against WikiAdvisers (******************************) for breach of contract and failure to provide a promised refund. The company first contacted me on October 8, 2024, and we finalized a contract on December 27, 2024, to create a ********* entry based on my professional profile.I paid $250 (Invoice ID: INV-*********) in full and an additional $30 for expedited processing. Despite providing all requested information and assisting with the article, the company failed to publish the entry, and communication diminished. I requested a refund, which was confirmed on May 1, 2025, but the refund has not been processed as of May 14, 2025, over 10 business days later. Additionally, they have blocked all communication channels.I am a respected international artist and scholar, and I have met all obligations under the contract. The facts are:The company approached me, not vice versa.I fulfilled all obligations, including full payment.They failed to deliver the promised service and blocked communication after confirming the refund.I demand a full refund of $250.
