      Sitecore has THE WORST customer response and service I have ever experienced.EVER and I don't say it lightly. I can't give them any stars whatsoever but the BBB requires one so that's the only reason they have a star.I'm happy to provide our valid license number to the ******************** showing we are a genuine customer of ********************. Yes, we've paid hundreds of thousands of dollars and we are warning anyone thinking about doing business with them to think it through. It's NOT worth it.After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on Shitecore, we would expect to be able to contact the company regarding any issue, let alone a serious one. We would expect to be able to call their support number and reasonably reach someone within a few hours.When calling the support line; you are required to choose option 2 for support every 2-3 minutes. The most frustrating thing I have ever experienced on a support call.After 2 hours on hold, I called the operator and left several messages. The only response came after swearing about the company's service and they ONLY responded by saying "Swearing is unprofessional". No kidding?I was promised a return call and we have not been called back after waiting 5 days.I'm surprised that a class-action lawsuit has not already been brought against them!Sitecore is headquartered in *************, **********************************************************, and has 28 office ***************** website is ************.Their support number is **************. You can validate everything I said above yourself.
