Where do I even begin? My experience with ************** was nothing short of an absolute blessing. Her compassion & understanding of my situation truly brought me to tears. She was/is legitimately Super Woman! ***** saved the day for ******** efforts are going to allow me to share the moments with the love of my life that I didnt think were going to happen anywhere near how Id planned due to circumstances out of my hands. I could never in a million years thank her enough. She made me feel heard. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that she legitimately cares about me & about taking care of everything that she can in order to provide me with the absolute best opportunity that I could have for my engagement. My phone call with ***** gave me so much hope & peace with a process that had, until our chat, brought me nothing but sadness and disappointment. I pray that everyone who may find themselves struggling with their order or with anything honestly, can get a phone call from Macee. I feel so relieved and so blessed. From the moment my fianc and I first went onto Brilliant Earth's website to the moment we picked up her re-sized ring a week ago, the experience we've had has been nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend Brilliant Earth for so many reasons: quality, price point, customer service, and overall customer experience.

***** has the patience of a saint. The number of issues she had to address was just short of ridiculous. She took each one and addressed them efficiently and thoroughly. I was seriously concerned that my current level of satisfaction was not attainable but ***** was able to exceed my expectation and did it anyway.She listened to the in depth and complicated situation I found myself in and was able to research and diagnosis the best path forward for each issue. With genuine concern and thoughtful conversation a clear resolution was found, all while being personable and professional.Thanks again for saving the day!

I have made several purchases over the years from Brilliant Earth and have found them on every occasion to be helpful, honest and responsive. Their products are first- quality and absolutely stunning.In once instance, I needed customer service for a minor repair. They covered shipping both ways, kept me updated constantly on the status of my repair and fully honored their warranty. I will use them again for upgrades and additional purchases. ******************* from this amazing company.

I think we can all agree that when a problem arises, the first thing we want is to be heard. The escalation manager, *****, did just that. She took the time to let me share my concern and how I was disappointed with the initial feedback I had received from ***************** I had an issue with my method of payment and was beyond frustrated to the point where I was ready to take my business to a competitor. If there is anyone who can confidently de-escalate a situation and reassure you that your business was valued, it was her. I don't think I would have had the same results if another manager had been on the other end of that line. The call did not even take five minutes for her to genuinely address my concerns, offer a solution, and to make me feel as if I was an actual human being and not another transaction for the company. Thank you for being there when it mattered, *****!

The Brilliant Earth store in ******* (really located in **********) is fantastic. There is not one negative comment I could possibility think of to mention in this post. The store is new and beautiful...always kept up and very welcoming. The brilliant displays of sample diamond selections are lighted above masterfully...they are gorgeous pieces of jewelry. I would not hesitate to visit this location, as to setting up an appointment with a specialist to spend time looking at so many pieces of jewelry that are shown in a separate area. The men and women who work there are professional, trained and are very pleased to work there. Stop and take a look...you will be thrilled that you did!

I had my engagement ring re-set and because it was outside of warranty, I worked with *********************** to come to a resolution. After my initial call with *****, I told my husband how kind she was and that I was optimistic that we would receive good customer service. Unfortunately we were not able to come to the result that I was hoping for due to the ring being out of warranty but ***** worked with her team to find a midway resolution. ***** was incredibly responsive throughout the process and when I received my ring today, I gasped. Its truly beautiful and Im so glad I chose to have it re-set. Thank you ***** for working with me and getting me my dream ring!
