***************** failed to solve the issue and he agreed it failed, he agreed to a full refund to pay the insurance their portion and my ** pay 100%, he already paid ********************** their portion admitting the crown did not fit and it failed to **rrect the issue. He will only refund my ** pay of $610 if I a sign a disclosure document. All the details are on re**rd with the insurance **mpany including his lack or professionalism and negligence during the treatment. We mutually agreed to a refund and he is holding the money hostage using my refund money as a settlement for any future liability of his business and parties involved, and avoid any ac**untability, like if he did nothing wrong. All I need is the refund and to move forward and find another dentist to fix the issue as he requested, since he **uld not fix it.As I mentioned, he already paid my dental insurance, and he will not refund me unless I sign a document with very unrealistic demands. He is also involving his malpractice insurance to pay for the refund, when it is not a settlement, it is just a simple refund with no **nditions involved, my dental insurance instructed me to not sign any settlement document from any party involved.It is just a simple refund for a service that Brian Hee DDS, refuses to pay it back.
