      This company must have no KYC, due diligence, or compliance processes in place, as they facilitate scammer texts and enable attempts to commit financial crimes.

      I cant give zero, so 1 has to do... horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible company. i've been trying for WEEKS to get my telephone number to work for a customer of mine, and still cant get it approved by twilio. what should literally take maybe 10 minutes, everyone is that company is incompetent. I can see why they get a 1.08/5 because they are trash.

      Horrible company no one to call with support. Haven't been able to send texts for months because they cant verify our website. We have out of country access blocked on our site because we support *** only and they don't understand that. every time a case is submitted a new person gets involved.

      Twilio has the worst support I have ever encountered in a company. I have a text service for my photo booth company and we need to simply get verified so I can use my service that I pay for and promise to my customers. The problem is I can't even apply for the verification of my "brand" because a problem on their system. It has been a 3 week long process of which, the first 5 days they never responded! After that they would send one message in the morning but they did not resolve the issue. Basically they just reset it and asked me to try again. They offered to provide a phone call to resolve the issue which I though was great and told me to pick 3 days after August 1st. I picked 3 days (Aug 2, Aug, 3 and Aug 4 all at 1pm) and it has been 7 days since I heard from them and they never acknowledged the dates or times and never even called! I cleared my schedule so I could be available for a call at one of those dates and they stiffed me. If you want phone support prepare to get your pocket book out. $1500 for phone support. Twilio you are a 100% *****************

      Twilio support is the worst support team i've even seen on my life, they even fight between each other in the email thread of the support ticket! worst company i've seen support/communication wise

      This Company Sucks! Do Not Use Them period! They ask you to upgrade your account then they disable it for "fraudulent activities." Which I get and all because they are trying to protect fraud within the company. The Jacked up part is then when you try and get your account reactivated via email or any forms of social media they ghost you. I am lucky that I am just a person using this for hobby purposes otherwise, if I was an owner of a company It would completely make me loose revenue because the phones were down. I also think that they could prevent this from happening by requiring some sort of higher verification when you sign up, so they know your safe from fraud right off of the bat. But even though I am just a hobbyist, I still lost all of my credits funded in my account. I Submitted their reactivation question on multiple platforms and.... nothing, absolutely radio silence! Bottom line is: don't use this company. I will update my review if I hear anything.

      Recently, we experienced Twilio disconnecting over *************************************************************************************** discussion of rectifying the issue. Not only that Twilio has disconnected numbers belonging to donut shops, retail stores, and other small businesses across ***************** that we service. What's even more concerning is their lack of communication when trying to discuss resolutions - Twilio has refused to engage in dialogue with our company after years of service. The only way to contact Twilio is via their sales department, and even then they show no initiative to help.I have been involved in the telecom industry since The Deregulation Act of ******************************************************** such a manner as Twilio has. We strongly advise against using Twilio for any kind of long-term customer capacity. For more information, please contact me .       All I'm trying to do is send some darn emails! I can't run my business with Twilio SendGrid constantly having my account in review. It's costing me time and money. If someone buys my course I need to send them their login details but I can't because Twilio SendGrid is not working and every time I ask them about it they say it's in review but they don't give me any reason why it's in review and how long it will be in review. There advertising said that if I signed up with them that I could start sending emails in minutes, but now it's been days. False advertising. Such a shame and extremely frustrating.
