    I Ordered an item from Trending custom, specifically for an event on May 10th 2025. I paid for shipping and was told that the item would arrive before May 17th 2025. I received one email on May 13th stating the item was shipped, but the item has not yet arrived and when I inquired yesterday, May 19th, 2025. I was advised then advised that item was just shipped, it was not actually shipped on the 13th of May and would arrive on May 24th 2025. I emailed back and requested a refund as the item is no longer needed, the item shipped after the supposed arrival date, and the company has refused to acknowledge my request for a refund. I sent 3 emails requesting a refund and instead I receive an email back from the customer service team stating the item will arrive now by the 24th. I just want my money back. This company is deceitful in its shipping and arrival.

    I ordered a acrylic graduation photo and they asked for a photo so I submitted photo and when they sent me the plaque the photo doesnt look anything like my daughter totally a different girl on the picture and I contacted them numerous times for the complaint and they said they tried to make it look like her as much possible but it doesnt even resemble her one bit so I asked for my refund they refused! They do a poor job! So dissatisfied and so disappointed

    I haven’t received the order it’s been months and haven’t got an update or heard from the company when emailed

    I placed an order on NOVEMBER 25TH 2024 for 5 ornaments and paid $76.96 for my order. It stated that it was supposed to be delivered by December 10th- 11th per the shipping. On December 4th, I reached out to the seller and asked for an update because I was closely monitoring the delivery updates and noticed that the package had over a week in *** "pending acceptance" per ****. They indicated that the package is still on track to be delivered between the 10th & 11th. Here we are on the 13th and I'm anxious. I reached out to them a few days earlier because now they are estimated that my package will be delivered by 24th-26th. I understand if I placed this order during Christmas but I ordered this in November and to not a solution to this such as replace the package and resend a new one as a courtesy is absolutely and utterly unacceptable!!!! I was trying to support a small business but this is why bigger companies are they way to go. For context the package is still sitting in *** since December 5th and I still do not have my money back, my package or a solution to this.

    I bought a gift (picture) from Trending Customs during the first week of June for a Fathers Day gift for my husband. I placed the order and even paid extra for shipping protection and was told the item would arrive before Fathers Day. The package was marked as delivered, however, we never received the package. I contacted them at least 5-6 times over email and Instagram and no one has responded to me about my missing order. I find out that a lot of other customers are sharing the same complaints online. The business is a scam.

    Ordered a hat on May 25 th . Have not received anything from them. Says it was in ********** SC at ***** I called them but had no tracking number. So do I need to try to get my money back. I will never order anything else again. Would like a phone number for them.

    I placed an order with them on December 2. My item was never delivered. When I try to contact them I just keep getting the run around.
