    I filing a complaint against VantageScore and its CEO ****** *******. On several occasions within the last 45 days, my credit score has fluctuated. Since October of 2024, my credit score has increased above 600 points due to my excellent payment history. ******* uses a different scoring model that is adversely flawed from ****. Its scoring model is detrimental to the consumer and violates the ****. In January 2025, my Vantage scores with Transunion and Equifax were above 600, and suddenly my scores dropped 18 and 38 points respectively. Upon checking CreditKarma, the alert told me that my scores decreased because my balances DECREASED which is antithetical to how scoring models should work. In 2022, ******* was ordered by the **** to PAY $15 million from a class action lawsuit due to a direct scoring glitch where consumers scores systematically fell about 30 pts within the Vantage Scoring algorithm that sent false consumer scores and caused denials of credit and approvals. Today, the failed and flawed Vantage Scoring Model and algorithm is severely affecting consumers like myself. My current score with Experian FICO score is 620 and has remained the same for months and this FICO model is fair and equitable according to the ****. Experian scores do not plummet when credit balances decrease, but the scores increase over time. I have called both ******************** to resolve these issues by law and by alerting them that their technology is flawed and it needs to be fixed immediately. All my credit accounts are the same with all three bureaus and they share the exact same account details without deviations. ******************** stated that they can not adjust the credit score because its set by VantageScore model, whereas Vantage is avoiding consumer contact and denies responsibility of there errors by passing the buck to the credit bureaus. Vantage is violating the **** by refusing consumers to dispute scores inaccuracies and point out technology flaws and patterns.

    I closed an account on 8/8/24 that was open only 6months, never used and only $2000 in credit. It was ************* account id number ************. Closing the account actually increased my average credit age by 2yrs but Transunion and Equifax decreased my credit score by 11 points when my credit score should have increased. These credit agencies base their reporting on vantagescore model but this does not seem accurate as an increase in the average credit age should increase the credit score not decrease it.

    My complaint of VantageScore LLC. Per their own website;Who We Are VantageScore is the leading credit score modeling and analytics company for innovation and financial inclusion Score Consistency Retained Aided by the proprietary VantageScore attribute leveling process. VantageScore is a leading credit-score model development company that generates the most inclusive, innovative and predictive models used in the consumer-credit marketplace.Credit scores are more consistent among the three national credit bureaus.As of 6/2024 my bank, Idaho ************************* credit card Capitol One both use this company/platform. Both have way different statistics & reporting numbers & collecting different numbers by a huge difference. Ill include pics from both companies. These will show my credit rating from 629 ************* to 664 (ICCU bank). *********** shows a credit score going from 603 in April 24 to 629 in May 24 a 26 point rise in one month. My bank shows a 669 in April 24 lowering to 664 in May 24 & staying the same for this month June 24. So my bank and credit card company are receiving way different information on me. With one platform showing my credit score going up and the other showing my score going down. So what the hell? This is not reliable at all. This platform/company should not be allowed to operate when they claim their accurate and report true information from all three credit bureaus, but then clearly is not even close to being true.

    The reasoning behind this complaint is that I am unable to see my Equifax credit score anywhere BUT Equifax.com. By law I should be able to pull my score collectively from any platform. With the Score showing as a 0 on multiple platforms, I fear it is affecting my chances of getting any approval for a line of credit/any funding. On the Equifax website, it states that VantageScore Solutions, LLC. is who is the partnered party involved with reporting an accurate credit score, so I am requesting Equifax verify my score with them, as well as Equifax do their due diligence to be sure my score up to dateshowing as a valid score in all of their internal and external systems.Please refer to personal statements and screenshots sent out in hopes of rectifying this issue before now. I have spent so much money going back and forth with Equifax via mail, I just need this resolved immediately. Will not go another month not knowing whats going on with my score, and why it will not show up anywhere else.
