For over 3 years I had this card with 100% full balance on-time payments and over $1k a month of active usage. There are no derogatory credit report issues and score of over 740. Suddenly without any prior notice, this company reduced my credit line from $27k to $5k on 10/24/2024.I asked for reasons to WHY and all I receive were prepared response that has nothing to do with me.Shouldn't there be some type of measure to prevent this from happening especially if the company can't provide a clear reasoning to the customer?

This company provides no warning of credit reduction due to unused cards. Rather than warn their customers that their credit limits will be reduced (which negatively impacts the commonly used credit scores) they simply lower your limit and tell you after the fact. They "reserve the right to lower credit limits at any time for any reason". This is a bad company run by greedy people. Their solution was to spend more money and then in the future they will periodically review limits and may raise it again. Dropped my credit limit by 7000 dollars. Terrible company that should be put out of business. Do not use their services.

**************** is only through text or email. There no way to escalate any issues to management. They mailed my CC to some address in ** instead of my mailing address. I contacted the text line several times across 3 days to notify them that the tracking is showing the card being sent to ** Cali instead of my city and state. But of course I didnt get a response until after ***** had already delivered the card to **.If you add a user, it says $1.99 for adults, however they charged me $3.99. ***** to the charges posting (pending) I could see that I was being over charged. I contacted the text line to let them know before the charges went through. They said they would fix the issue. 1 hour later all charges were processed at $3.99. I havent heard from or been able to get in touch with them for 3 days regarding either issue. They finally responded once they realized they sent my CC to their own address. This is a s*** card company/bank, and they operate in such a way. Capital 1 probably would be a better fit. I only used them because they approved on a soft pull at the time.

Worst experience ever! Was charged a fraudulent charge from a company in person, of course, theyd dont give me a receipt so I put a dispute on the transaction for an incomplete product which doesnt work at all just now a expensive cheap pos they wont return and this credit wont remove this fraudulent transaction. There is no customer service to call you to deal with emails which they do nothing!!

Initially applied for this card because they issued metal credit cards and they seemed to have some cool features like getting point boosts by swiping on certain categories on their app. After making some online purchases, I realized that X1 will randomly decline transactions because of fraud detections. At this point I was confronted with the fact that you can only communicate via text with customer service. There is no way to lift any transaction restrictions and if you want to speak to someone at a higher level it is still through text. Needless to say, they still could not help resolve the issue. Your points also don't convert one to one for a dollar but to a lesser amount. I would cancel this card if it wouldn't hurt my credit score. The metal card will make a nice door stopper now.
