    Tally has been able to scam hard-working individuals for years. The company made fraudulent claims in the initial proposal to me. They actually ended up charging me more in interest than the credit card companies. I also had to pay a monthly fee to belong to Tally and by paying this monthly fee, I was told I would receive a discounted APR rate. I made all payments on time to Tally and then one day received a letter stating the were closing their doors. My Tally loan has been taken over by SST servicing company. I was not provided an option to the terms of my loan, rather I received a letter from SST and Tally stating the terms, interest rate, and monthly payment. There was no negotiation on a monthly payment or terms of the loan. I would like to see this company held accountable to thousands of customers they scammed and lied to. A class action lawsuit should be brought against Tally and its owners. The company was worth $855 million dollars. How does a company worth $855 million dollars "close their doors due to an inability to secure funding" and scam so many people without being held accountable? A class action lawsuit should be filed.

    Tally promised things and kept changing their policies. In the end I am now ****** in debt to a company I never even knew existed, because they gave up and passed the ***** They never helped me to accomplish getting rid of credit card debt and by the end my interest for them was higher than my credit cards. Predatory behavior seems like a scam in retrospect.

    I also fell victim to a scam. I found out that Talky halted my credit card payments back in August, just before they suddenly announced they were shutting down. Now I'm dealing with late payment issues because of this. It's frustrating to see consumers continually bear the brunt of these situations.

    I have been with Tally for several years and went with them to manage my debt and ended up doubling it. They are predatory, and now they have closed their doors and, I guess, sold all the lines of credit to another company that collects debt. This is a dumpster fire. This company charges $4 A DAY in interest. I was not given a choice on who would manage my debt, or any fair options. Honestly, I thought Tally was using the money I paid them to pay my credit cards, not using a line of credit to pay them. Their customer service before was absolutely terrible, you would email, and they would send you a message with questions in it and no way to reply. I have a learning disability and I needed help managing my debt, and I thought Tally would be the answer. Instead they screwed me over and left me with worsening credit and twice the debt.

    I started using Tally in 2020 to help manage some credit card debt. I knew exactly how the program worked and everything they basically said they would do they did. Yes, I did communication in December of 2023 that they would no longer be paying my cards anymore because they had investors back out, but I also knew going into this that they had already paid off a bunch of debt and transferred it to a lower APR with the credit line they gave me which helped me tremendously. The debt was my problem; not their problem. So I continued making payments in the *** as I was instructed to do and keep my account current. They have been excellent with communication all along- no issues there. My balance and payments have always been correct. There is no scam here. Yes, they were advertised as a company that would help with your debt by paying your cards for you and you pay them back. However, that is exactly what they did for everyone until they ran into issues. Now everyone wants to blame Tally and themselves for the debt they accured in the first place. I had nothing but positive experiences with Tally so thank you.

    I had requested a refund from the on 08/13 and was told it would be only account in 5-10 business day (understandable) It has now been 15 business days no refund and no response from any emails.

    They sent an email in August about shutting down. This is distressing to me and their other customers. Now, I have to repay this company and my credit card on top of that! I was better off just paying my card alone with interest. EAT THE RICH! If there is a class action suit in the works, please advise!

    Terrible customer service! They stopped payment on my card multiple times, raised my APR twice and wouldn't answer an email back. I can no longer afford payments to them but they don't care! There were no agreements in raising the APR either. I would have just pulled it and went to another company for this. this needs to be settled in court for all of us who have struggle

    This company just sent me an email that they will no longer be paying my card and now I have to pay it AND Tally at the same time when my budget is tight. This has completely blindsided me. Much like the reviews before this, they are a horrible company.

    Horrible company. They raised my APR and I was unable to make the monthly payments. I tried getting in touch with them for a settlement agreement but there's no human to talk to.
