    Dear Vinted Support,I am writing to urgently escalate a case regarding a fraudulent return initiated by the buyer BenShop10. Despite providing photographic evidence that the return locker was empty, and after speaking with our local courier who confirmed no item was returned, the return has been wrongly closed in the buyers favour.I complied with all of Vinted's requirements and can further provide:Original purchase receipt Photo evidence of the empty parcel container. Confirmation from courier (verbal, but Im happy to request a written statement)I believe I have been scammed out of ***** as I never received the watch back. I respectfully request a manual review and refund, or the reopening of the case. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this outside of Vinted, as I feel this decision was made in error.Vinted should NOT have processed the refund as the item was not confirmed returned.Since nothing was returned, and you provided photo proof and courier confirmation, they should not have finalised the refund for the buyer Please advise urgently.Kind regards,****** *******

    I purchased a bundle of items. The bundle included two Ninetendo switch games.The seller sent me one correct game, one incorrect game. He told me to list it on my profile and hed buy it so I would get a refund this way. He did buy it. However, once the parcel arrived he is not picking it up. I reached out to Vinted. I said, can we reopen the case since he is trying to leave me with the faulty item? They said no, sorry, theres nothing they can do. However theyve forced me to pay a buyers protection fee, assure you that you are eligible for a refund, then turn around and say hey sorry not my problem. Why am I paying for the buyers protection if I am not protected as a buyer?

    I have been selling on app called Vinted for many months. I went withdraw my funds from Vinted to deposit to my bank account. I received a message I have reached my selling limits after the deposit was returned back to my Vinted wallet that they needed use identification. I input all my information and the hit the submit button and nothing. Nor is there an option to send a photo ID. I am owed for merchandise on several sales. I wish Vinted to send by mail to the address they gave on file a check for the funds I am owed for a total of *****. since my merchandise is long gone and I gave no earnings from it

    I sell online using the Vinted selling app. I gave been a long **** ******. Who has not broken their policies. About three weeks ago all of a sudden my account which is @pandorasboxsopened has been severely monopolized. Every single list I gave been placing goes into a check in progress status for hours and sometimes days. Hindering my timely manner in achieving sales. I gave tried countless times to resolve the issue with no remedy from them. Also I was paying for a spotlight closet and the two times I did my listings were still monopolized. I did receive a provision deposit back on my card showing my financial institution the evidence photos from my page of countless listings compromised. They actually asked me to drop that dispute. I said no due to the fact I did not receive what I paid for. This is unethical practice to abuse sellers on their app in such behavior

    There was an issue with a product bought through the Vinted site, so I went through the report an issue process. The seller did the same as we both ran into technical issues. The seller heard back first where the customer support team said I would receive a refund due to the defective item. The representative that was assigned my "report an issue" ticket said I wouldn't receive a refund and that I should have gone through the proper process (I did). I sent a screenshot of the promise of a refund, and the support team closed our conversation without resolution. To be promised a refund by one agent, then told without reason I can't receive it was one concern. Them closing our conversation where there's no access to resolution is another.

    I got scammed on ************************** as a buyer.     I ordered a couple of things on Vinted on or around August 17th 2024, and a couple days later Vinted sent me an email saying they've blocked or closed my account because they think I've committed fraud. I didn't commit fraud, I paid with my husband's bank card. Vinted didn't ask me about it first, didn't warn me, nothing. They just blocked and closed my account. This is ridiculous, I have permission and a right to use my husband's card for anything I want. I want my account reactivated, and I want some credits for the inconvenience this has caused me. I clicked on the link they said would take me to an appeal form, but all it did was take me to the Vinted website.

    On July 9th I made a purchase for a floral dress. I received the item on 7/20/24. On 7/21/24 I attempted to ask for a return because the dress did not fit me. The app would not let me go to the screen to request a refund and I sent a message at the time no one responded and after that they said that the time window had closed and that they could not refund me the money even though I had sent them a message saying that the app was not working for the refund and that I would like a refund or to return the item within the time. I also tried resolving this with Vinted and they have stopped responding.

    I purchased a pair of pants from seller "heleip" on Vinted the 17th of June 2024. I knew that I would be leaving town for a week and a half shortly thereafter, so I made an arrangement in advance with the Mondial Relay Point, who would be receiving the parcel. They agreed to hang onto to the parcel for me until my return. The parcel was delivered to another Mondial ***********. I tried to contact them, but I was not able to reach anyone. They are only open 11am-2pm on business days, and I was traveling for work. They sent the pants pack to the seller. The seller received the pants two weeks ago, in late June, and is now refusing to issue a refund. Vinted is saying that the seller is in the right to keep both the item and the funds I paid, despite the fact that it was sent to a different Mondial ***********. None of this is my fault, and I want my money back.

    My account was blocked with no explanation, causing me to lose money on a return that I was unable to complete. When I used their formula for client services, I repeatedly received messages that copy/pasted boilerplate responses saying their decision was definitive and that I "had already received an explanation." The "explanation" did not even autofill the response, it literally had brackets reading "[specify the member's actions]". After multiple requests, it's still impossible to connect to a human being or complete my return.
