    We did not authorize a renewal or subscription of your service. Our experience thus far when your software has been extremely dissatisfying, as your software lags alot, Max several features that are found on other softwares at a lesser price than yours. You do not have an email address or contact phone number for your customer support to communicate with. There is only a chat option. We are requesting a full refund for the charge applied to our credit card today! This was recognized about an hr ago from now when the transaction took place. This is completely unacceptable and claiming such an action as fraudulent. This matter needs to be addressed as soon as possible please.Thanks

    This company has charged my bank account by using my debit card. I did not sign up for any service and neither do I have a subscription with them. This appears to have obtained my information from another entity which one I dont ******* bank fraud department altered me of an attempt to withdraw funds. As a result I was able to deny any knowledge of this company. There was an invoice from October showing a free trial that I had not signed up for. Then the invoice showed ending trail period and a payment was being automatically processed to obtain funds from my debit card.This company has no phone numbers and only uses email bots to ************** bank is working with me to make sure I get my money back and my card has been removed.This is a zero star but I had to select a star per BBB.

    Dear PandaDoc **************** Team,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the lack of assistance and support regarding my PandaDoc account. I initially paid over $1,200 in advance for document access on a pay-per-document basis, anticipating flexibility in usage. However, I have only used 9 documents out of the ***** purchased, and for more than four months, I have been attempting to reduce the number of documents available in my plan, as I clearly do not need such a high volume.Throughout this period, I have reached out multiple times, but instead of accommodating my requests, PandaDoc representatives have offered other services instead of reducing the document quantity as I requested. Additionally, I communicated that I wished to simply use the documents already paid for and then cancel the service. To my surprise, my account has since been blocked, preventing me from accessing the service entirely.This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and support from your team. The focus appears to be solely on financial gain rather than addressing valid customer concerns.I urge you to rectify this issue immediately by restoring access to my account and allowing me to use the documents I have already paid for. I also expect a reasonable resolution for the excessive and unused document allocation that I was unable to reduce.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response.Sincerely,

It appears that in April 2024, you signed a two-year agreement for ***** API calls per year with a quarterly billing cycle. While our plans dont currently offer a pay as you go option, we always aim to support our customers needs. It looks like our account management team has been actively exploring alternative solutions for ****** discuss options that might best suit your needs, please reach out to your account manager, who can provide further guidance.Additionally, it seems that there are a couple of pending invoices. Once those payments are cleared, well be able to reinstate your account access promptly.Thanks, and please let us know if theres anything else we can help clarify.

    This company will **** your request for cancellation of a subscription submitted by you on the day your trial period ends and **** it as SOLVED and still charge your debit card for something they told you was resolved. I originally just wanted to continue after the trial period on the lower plan on a monthly and instead of cancelling like I wanted to, switching me to the lower plan on a monthly basis, they charged me for the wrong plan after saying it was resolved then sent me an email saying that they had switched me to the lower plan I wanted but now I will be CREDITED. FRAUDULENT SCAMMING overpriced service is what they are and please stay away from PandaDoc, now I am having to waste more time filing a fraudulent charge on my debit card. STAY AWAY from PANDADOC they are so expensive and do not offer real customer support.

    CA, who is a PandaDoc account executive based in the ***********, was unprofessional in how she represented her company. She rescheduled my initial appointment, less than 30 minutes before it was to start because of an "emergency." She later shared that her emergency was having to take her dog to the vet, which I heard a dog (maybe she has more than one) in the background. When the rescheduled meeting started, she failed to acknowledge or apologize for any inconvenience her last minute rescheduling might have caused me. Instead, CA when right into question asking about my product. Next, when time came to talk about a subscription, CA indicated she could give only a 10% discount for my small business. When I provided her with a coupon, she followed up five days later that the "deal desk" would not accept the coupon because it was not valid. It is unknown if and when CA presented the coupon to the "deal desk" team. Wanting more clarification about the product, I requested a follow-up meeting to which CA accepted the meeting yet purposely (I believe) did not send meeting information. When I emailed her about the login specifics, CA responded seven minutes into the start of the meeting with an emailed me about the "deal desk" and commented that she did not know the reason I wanted to meet another time because she had talked about the product services. One reasonably-minded, committed professional would think that if a meeting reason is unknown that as the account executive she (CA) would have started the meeting not emailed seven minutes into it. Given CA's representation of PandaDoc, I cannot trust that this company will be committed to providing the best service for me. My position was solidified when I read previous comments/complaints on this BBB site.
