    I ordered a livescribe pen, ink cartridges, and note books.I paid the delivery fee with the items I ordered, but when my package was delivered I had to pay $40.00 shipping fee.I placed my order in early December and I only received my partial order on the 10th of January. Longer than **** business days.Livescribe only replied to one of many emails looking for support and now they are ignoring me completely.Please fix this.I am a graduate student.Thank you,***********************

    11/2/23 for ****** I purchased a smart pen from Livescribe to help my son with a learning disability. After receiving we had a lot of trouble figuring out out to use it and decided to return with in the 30 day return policy and paid about ***** dollars to mail it back and it was returned and we were told the building was empty and we contacted the company and they gave us a different address in another state to mail it to and we asked for a prepaid shipping label this time and we have never hear from them again.

    Purchased livescribe pen. It doesn't work and I asked to return it. It is only a week out of return date. I asked to fix it and they want a list of ridiculous requests to confirm that it is broken. They have no phone only email and there customer service is not helpful and even rude.

    We purchased a Livescribe pen back in November. The pen quit working but is still under warranty. They company does not have a working phone number and will only correspond via email. This is hit or miss. We corresponded with a customer service person named "Nady" for over 5 days. She made ridiculous requests in order for ** to prove the pen wasn't working. Last Monday, April 17th, she finally emailed back saying the pen would be replaced. We have not heard from her or anyone from Livescribe since. We have emailed multiple times, and we are still being ghosted. We don't know what else to do as the pen is still under warranty but the company will not send ** a new, working pen. Please give ** suggestions as to what else to do. The number listed on your site for the company is not working either. I have a HUGE group of emails exchanges that took place so please let me know if you need any of those. I am attaching the email she sent on Monday, April 17th stating that the pen would be replaced.

    I contacted Livescribe customer service in 04/2022 regarding the cracked cap on the smart pen and requested a replacement. I emailed them all the requested information and documentation and was told I was on a waitlist and that they would be in contact with me once it shipped. I followed up with customer service again on 06/01/2022, requesting a status update, and was told that the caps should be in stock soon and apologized for the delay. I emailed again on 06/07/22, requesting an update, and got a response on J06/29, stating they still don't have replacements but should soon. On 08/14/22, I emailed again regarding the status and was told they were still working on the problem and would make sure to get it to me ASAP. I explained how long this was taking and that it was unacceptable. They messaged me back on 08/17/22 and told me that, as a courtesy, they would replace the whole unit and requested my shipping address. On 08/29/22, I emailed customer service to check the status but didn't hear back. I emailed again on 09/06/22 and got no response. I emailed again on 09/13/22, and Livescribe finally replied on 09/14/22, "Please be advised that your replacement request has been submitted, and you should be receiving a replacement smartpen in a timely manner." I emailed again on 9/29/2022 and was told the same thing. It has now been over 6 months since I filed the claim and 2 months since I was told I was getting a new unit. I have not heard from Livescribe as of 10/17/22 and have not been sent my replacement smartpen.The only way of contacting Livescribe is by email. They have no customer service number.

I contacted them the only way they provide, via email, on Sep 14, 15 and 20, with no answer or help.
