      My concerns have to do w/ an online trial account of Atlassian's Jira/Confluence software. In addition to upgrading the trial 'Standard' plan to a 'Premium' pay plan w/o my authorization, this arrogant ********* based software company has refused to cancel my account as requested. Since this appears to be standard operating procedure for Atlassian, please refer this complaint to federal, state, local or international law enforcement or regulatory agencies for possible investigation.

      This company provides customer service for CanadianLightingExperts.com and 50+ other companies owned my the same multinational conglomerate.Unfortunately it is impossible to actually speak with a manager or with anyone who is empowered to make decisions. The customer service agents are global and I was informed it would 2 days and a work ticket for a Manger to email me back.In my case, I was shipped a second item in error. When I reached out to them to return it, they wanted me to be accountable for customs and duties to return the item that I hadn't ordered.It has been a frustrating experience and three weeks in, I'm still trying to come to a resolution.I would never purchase from a company that works with Atlassian ever again.
