    Charged 4 times instead of 1. A refund was immediately requested. Correspondence over the next 9 days included IVY Pay blaming the bank, my provider, defamed my character by referring to me as confused. They assured me the refund was processed though my bank had no record of it. I am still waiting for $319.

    On 8/12/2022, I used IVY to charge a client for a session. Two weeks later, the money has not been deposited in my account. I have sent in three support requests. I received an automated reply to the first and waited reasonable amounts of time filing the next two requests to which I have received no response at all. Apparently these complaints are quite common with IVY Pay. Maybe there's a simple reason the deposit has not gone through, but I would have no idea as they simply do not communicate and appear to be content to just keep people's money without explanation. Their behavior is unquestionably unethical. At what point does it become illegal?

    I used Ivy Pay on 8/2/22 to charge a client $83 for an online psychotherapy visit. Ivy Pay advertises 24 hour transfers of money to my bank account by using their app, however that money never went into my bank account, and Ivy Pay is ignoring my complaints. They did send me one email on 8/5/22, stating they are "working on my issue", but haven't responded since then. The money has been removed from the client's bank account.
