      Hello you all may know what rainbow six siege is so I won't explain much but give you most of the story so I was on vacation with my wife and kids and I get a notification on my phone that there was suspicious activity on my ubisoft account but I didn't mind it then when I got home I tried to login my ubisoft account so I could play ghost recon breakpoint and it gives me a message saying invalid credentials so I try again same thing so then I'm like somethings not right so I try to reset my password and I reset it and then when I go to my account activity it says the ************** ok so I reset everything and now I'm good then when I go to play R6 it says I have been banned for permanently cheating even though I play on console with a controller so I'm confused and then I assume with was the person that hacked my account that got me banned so I contact ubisoft support and they give me the average response after like 10 minutes "we've looked into and your ban isn't going to be lifted" so I tell them a guy hacked my account they just say the same thing, I've spent alot on r6 credits so I don't appreciate that my money went down the drain for no reason

      My son had his account hacked and ********************** has been no help in recovering it. He had 2 other accounts stolen at the same and he was able to recover both of them with the help of those companies. Ubisoft just responds with canned emails obviously sent by a bot.... until you mention taking legal action. I mentioned in my last email to them that they were probably going to be sued in a class action suit they responded that my case has been escalated and that someone would be contacting me to help. Why do I need to mention them being sued in order to get help? I'm still waiting for the email from the "Specialist" team and it's been almost a week.

      My account was hacked and my email address was changed without my authorization. The only way to contact Ubisoft is through email. No phone number and no IMing like any legitimate business would have. I emailed them at least 5 times and they always responded with the same cut and paste message saying they can't verify that the account is mine. I had provided proof in one of the emails but still the return message was exactly the same response. Clearly a bot responding. And they have the nerve to say: "our primary concern is the security and protection of our user's account information". Search "Ubisoft account hacked" on Reddit and then you decide if they really care about their customers security. Spoiler alert: they don't. I'm not letting go of this issue. I have around 10 games that I purchased that I now don't have access to. I think a class action suit will be happening.

      I loved to play R6 regularly for 5 good years now and had no issues with it nor Ubisoft as a whole. I recently had my account ************ on Ubisoft hacked into and i had all the bells and whistles you can think of for verification on my account such as 2 step verification, SMS verification and my email and password. The hacker took control of my email and got into my account and changed the email, password and disabled the 2 step and my SMS in one fowl swoop. I contacted Ubisoft about this issue and i showed them my steam profile and id and my bank transactions i had used to buy credits in their game and their response was an AI and it said "we cannot verify your ownership of this account". I filed ticket after ticket get back my account and they have done absolutely nothing to get my account back. ********************** has done absolutely nothing to get my account back and i am livid because of it because i have spent. I have spent HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and ***** hours on this game and they just turn a cold shoulder towards the afflicted user. I don't know how to proceed anymore because all i am getting is AI responses saying they cant verify ownership even though i showed them my Bank transactions and steam transactions. I don't know what else i can show them to prove ownership of my account.

      Company has absolutely no support model. I was purchasing in game items and i received a false information email about trying to ask for a refund which never happened and now i am unable to make any purchases at all. Ive put around 10 tickets in the last 5 days.

      I keep trying to use ubisoft email support to regain access to a account. They just keep sending me quick links that are not helping.

      Games are locked to an account that didn't even exist. So they games purchased though ***** are now all locked.

      No stars they have left all the stuff I have bought on PS4 and legit lost all of it and now aren't able to find it when I linked both my playstation and pc account and are now saying I just need to sign in on my PS4 account which I have done multiple times and they are a complete garbage company since they cannot get the stuff I have purchased back

      "We recently attempted to verify this account, but the account ownership was not verified. To protect the security of this account, we will not be able to proceed with these changes." - Ubisoft Support. I showed sufficient information, but they don't care. I purchased the following products all on Steam: For Honor, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Rainbow Six Siege X, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. None of the legally purchased products listed can be accessed at all. I pray for Ubisoft's bankruptcy.

      Got hacked, all info changed. Similar to other people, Ubisoft basically told me to get lost and said they could not prove I was the owner of my own account. What a joke.
