      I have had my Ubisoft account for a year now, with Ubisoft + on it and a few games. I mainly played *** ******** Rainbow Six Siege. I had the Siege membership and had brought lots of items worth a lot of money. My Ubisoft account has been hacked and i have put in so many tickets on many different emails to try and get my account back. I provided them with many screenshots and a lot of evidence to prove that it is my account, but the email just keeps saying the same thing over and over again. I really just want my account back.

      i have been a Loyal Ubisoft supporter for over 11 years. Spent countless hours and thousands of dollars on their games.Yesterday (May 31st 2025), my account got hacked. The hacker immediately changed the email and password associated to the account and locked me out.I immediately submitted a ticket to Ubisoft and today (across 2 separate ticket attempts and multiple emails), they replied saying they are unable to help me as they take security seriously and that I have insufficient evidence to prove the account is mine. I sent them several screenshots of emails between Ubisoft and my email over the last 7 years, send emails showing how someone from ******* (I live in *********), entered my account right before things were changed, nothing...Ubisoft does not care about it's customers, it does not care about keeping your account safe or to help you recover it from Hackers.I expected some level of loyalty from a company that I have supported for some many years, instead I got ********** not support this business, they will abandon you and make you waste money.

      This company is horrible and Im disgusted on on how they treat there customers. I was customer with them for 8 years (spent and supported them financially) and someone hacked into my account and supposedly broke there terms and service. In return they permanently banned my account. Once I received the email. I was confused and immediately recovered my account. Once I did I logged in and noticed the ban. There support team did nothing about it. This company is horrible and I highly recommend not supporting them.

      The Ubisoft support team is horrible. Ive been trying to change my email so I can activate 2FA because my old email is inaccessible and they keep telling me that theyre going to send a code to the email I dont have access to. Not only that, they take 7 days to respond to you and they start closing tickets after a day of no response. I also love the fact that instead of responding with representatives and people who seem like they get paid to deal with this stuff, they just have steam users just do all of the responding and get absolutely nothing accomplished other than telling you that you dont exist basically and the only way YOU can prove that you own the account IS BY RESPONDING FROM THE ACCOUNT YOU DONT HAVE ACCESS TO.

      I recently created a new email account and deactivated my old one due to too much junk i get every day. Hopped on my game and realized. I forgot to change the account for **********************. They try to send me a verification to my old email and obviously I can't get to it. So I open a ticket and without any questions to provide my I.D or anything to help verify i am who I say I am, i get an email saying that I can't get my account back because they don't have enough information. I don't understand what I need to do but it's pretty ridiculous that they're not even willing to work with me. Kind of seemed like they'd rather make somebody buy their games again rather than help. All I ask is for my account back or a refund on the games I purchased. Back when I had a console, it wouldn't have been a big deal. I would just create a new account and continue playing.But now that i'm on p c, i purchased the games through my ubisoft account. So of course, I can't play them at all, because I technically don't own them anymore without my account. I understand security should be taken seriously, but if I have an I d and to social security and all of my recent addresses and credit cards, i've used etc. And I can provide all of that, I think it's fair to say that I am who I say I am.

      Started getting all my devices wiretapped by this company, being blackmailed for false claims. Not a trustworthy company, regret buying their products. STAY FAR AWAY from this company.

      Purchased the Ubisoft+ service from Ubisoft to play 2 games that are available through the service (Avatar FOP and Star Wars Outlaws). Neither game will run for more than 5 minutes without crashing. Issue stems from the game not being compatible with the 24H2 build of Windows 11, which is what my system shipped with so I have no ability to roll back to a previous version.With less than 20 minutes of actual gameplay they refused to refund for the subscription. They are selling a broken product and offering no recourse to affected customers.This will be my last ********************** purchase.

      Worst online customer support platform I have ever seen. Having to be able to log in to your account to use their customer support to request a password change? How on earth would I log in to my account if I don't know the password in the first place? A malevolent company doing things a malevolent company does, disgusting.

      Been having the same issue as most of the complaints here. Cannot play ranked in RB6 because of your 2 factor authenticator.I have been contacting Ubisoft support for nearly a month & a half, where their support gave me the same response that they cannot help me, that my number is suspicious and cannot ne added etc.I have tried over 10 different phone numbers where each gave me the same error when adding it to my account.I have tried multiple "solutions" but still nothing Works. This is ridiculous. I might be asking for a refund and more as this should be considered as a scam. I would not have bought this game KNOWING that I would not ne able to play ranked.This is an arrogant way to do business with your clients, and very sad.
