My Microsoft account has been hacked and email was changed. On April 14th 2025 my account password was changed and someone worked to change the email used for the account as well. The original email for my account was ********************** and was changed to *************************** any and all activity on my account taking place in *******************, which they could trace activity to IP address from past activity, somehow this hacker in ***** has my account and ******************** isnt helping. I know this because I luckily still have access to my PC, it hasnt been logged out somehow so I can see changes theyve made and their info, including general location. I already tried the basic account recovery form, but was met with an email saying that the information I provided wasnt enough, which I find hard to believe considering I submitted prior passwords, card information, etc. I would honestly just like to talk to a real person at Microsoft about this and maybe even get my case sent to higher management for review. I have photos of my desktop screen and what Im able to see of their info as well as a picture showcasing my own location here in ********, **. Their location is *****, *****
