This company misrepresents its products and double charges for additional charges, like monogramming. I ordered a "travel jewelry box" and when it arrived it looked like it was made for a baby doll it was so small. I measured it and it was indeed inches smaller that was stated online. In addition, they were supposed to charge $15 for monogramming the item and, alas, they charged me $30. This was for a Christmas gift that arrived a few days before the holiday, so I I emailed them immediately in an effort to get resolution. They said "oops you're right" about the misrepresentation of the size of the item and offered me 10% off the price of the item. We emailed back a number of times with me sending pictures of all these issues but when she sent me the "new price" it did not refund me the doubled monogram price and also did not include the 10% reduction! I finally put in a dispute with my credit card company. At this point "*******" said she would refund the amount but "was not able to do it until I removed the dispute on the card." When I called my credit card company, sure enough, they said that was an absolute lie and that if I did remove the dispute, I would have to refile by submitting paperwork the next time around. To make matters worse, my son had purchased a backpack purse for his fiance for Christmas and within one week of seeing it, one the snaps broke off. Unbelievable. I wonder how many customers have been sold misrepresented products and overcharged in addition. It takes so much time and effort getting thru it with their customer service that count on people just giving up. And to close this review ... I checked online and the product description has not been changed and is still misrepresenting the size of the item. Unbelievable.
