1 starI scheduled cleaning (chore) services through my rental company's Loft account, which linked to Amenify, about a month before services were needed. The day of the appointment came and nobody showed up in the timeframe I requested. I called support and was told they would reschedule for the next day but could not give me an estimated time of arrival. When nobody arrived by noon the next day, I called support for an updated estimated time of arrival. I was told between 3 and 4 pm. About an hour later, I received a call from Amenify stating that they could not provide the services I booked because my location is "too remote" and they would be canceling. I was told I'd receive a refund, but have not.Amenify Corporation

1 starSadly, I am relieved to know that I am not the only customer who has had a negative experience with this company. From poor communication to subpar cleaning to lack of accountability. I've been dealing with Amenify since July 2 and have had to repeatedly contact them to address my concerns and my request for a refund. It took over 3 weeks for them to finally give me a response with action, only to say they can offer a $25 refund and $25 credit. Their reasoning was because I didn't provide photos. After 3 weeks of horrendous customer service, I almost forgot this all started with the cleaning. As you can imagine, I declined the "refund offer" and credit because I refuse to ever do business with them again. It is really no wonder why they have such poor reviews.Amenify Corporation

1 starCompany does not complete services as offered. When you try to contact them for a refund, they give you thr run around and never actually refund your money, just try to offer you credits over and over again. My cleaner that came left my door unlocked for god knows how long while I left to let them clean. I told them to text me when done because the app never updated their arrival and they never told me they were going. I paid 70 extra dollars for additional services I never got. The cleaners also peeled the protective covering off the oven in my rental unit. I sent pictures multiple times to customer service **** and they still said they needed to investigate whether the cleaner actually did that, again despite me sending pictures in abundance. Complete scam company that preys on their customers. Go find a local company instead. I will be letting my building manager know to stop advertising this absolute scam of a company.Amenify Corporation

1 starDo not give this company your credit card information. They constantly send texts about a sign up $50 credit. Then when you look at the services and products offered and select to proceed with purchase, only $20 is applied towards purchase, not even allowing the option to submit order instructions, i.e. personalized engraving. Now I'm being told it will take 24 hours to process canceling the order with my back and will take up to 15 days to be put back on my account. This company has false advertising and sends constant text alerts to hurry and use your $50 credit within the next 24 hours before it expires. 1 starAmenify Review – Serious Safety Concerns, Poor Communication & Broken Review Link
I booked a cleaning service through Amenify, and the experience raised major red flags. On the day of service, the person who arrived did not match the cleaner’s photo or info listed in the app. When I called Amenify, they told me there had been a system error, and they couldn’t (or didn’t) update the app to reflect the change.
This is a serious safety concern. A stranger I wasn’t informed about was able to get access to my apartment keys from the front office. I waited 30 minutes after this unknown cleaner had the keys to my home, and they never even showed up to clean. In a city like Atlanta, where scams are not uncommon, this level of miscommunication and lack of verification is unacceptable.
I called to voice my concerns. While they did apologize, they refused to issue a refund, even though the service was never completed. They also sent me a link to leave a review of the customer service call—but the link didn’t work, even after I tried multiple browsers and my phone.
Overall, this experience revealed poor communication, lapses in safety protocol, and ineffective customer service follow-up. I canceled the service and would not recommend Amenify based on this experience.Review fromDeborah B

1 starBeware of Amenify. A lady showed up with 4 young children to clean my condo. Everyone was wearing filthy running shoes, and left mud and dirt all over my brand new hardwood floors. My place was a mess when they left and nothing had been cleaned properly. This is not a professional cleaning service. They will let anyone off the street sign up. The second ******* that I booked showed up with her husband and they stole a Best Buy gift card from my closet valued at $1,700. This company is trash.Amenify Corporation

1 star. I ordered food at 12:58 am it is now 3:11am and no food has come. I reached out to chat and was told there was nothing that could be done and I needed to CONTINUE to wait by someone named *****. Im guessing thats ai. You guys are scammers who are out to take our money as if times arent hard enough. I just wanted a hot meal after working until 11 pm and I thought hey maybe Ill use my new app. Well that back fired on me horribly. 1 starI had a scheduled deep cleaning for a Saturday and received confirmation leading up but without any timeframe. I called and the support number immediately went to voicemail. I left a few messages. I also sent multiple emails to their support email. No one responded. No one ended up showing and so I waited all day without any communication and ultimately the result was a no-show. We then rescheduled for another day and the timeframe was supposed to be early afternoon and then changed to going into early evening. And then yet again the result was a no-show. I had dispute the charges with my credit card. The overall result was a lot of effort and time on my part as well as unnecessary aggravation. They then did not provide a refund and so I had to dispute the charges and file a bbb complaint which *** never done before in my life.Amenify Corporation
