    The business lied and said they would add and pay for chrome delete on the car I purchased from them. It was in writing on the contract. I had a local vendor do the job and they refused to pay him 8 months later they still havent paid the guy. Not only that, The finance manager lied to me and said I HAD TO BUY THE WARRANTY TO HAVE MY INTEREST RATE LOWERED which is a COMPLETE LIE. Ive called the business over ************************************************************************************ only to never be called back. Ive called numerous times about them paying the guy and cancelling my warranty. But neither of those things have took place. They should not be in business.

Please read their Yelp reviews to see how many people have been wronged by this ********** (Jaguar Land Rover SF) Other dealerships have told me to report them and that they get customers calling everyday from hours away due to the crooked business practices by ****************** auto groups all over the Bay Area. This needs to stop. Theyre costing people hundreds of thousands of dollars and are getting away with poor business practices in **.

    I recently took my car to have a dead battery replaced, and in the process, left my battery jump kit on the front seat. Upon my return to collect the car, I found the kit missing. Though the service team admitted seeing it when I arrived, nobody could explain what had happened to it. It leads me to believe that it may have been taken by an employee.*********************, the service specialist in charge, assured me that the situation would be resolved by refunding the cost of the kit if I provided a receipt. Following his instructions, I repurchased the kit and sent him the receipt. Despite his promise to handle the situation, weeks have gone by without a refund. Multiple phone calls and texts have gone unanswered.
