    I ordered some cabinet doors. They arrived on schedule, nicely packed for shipping, perfectly sized per my specifications and nicely sanded, ready to finish. They are well made and look great!

    I needed a vanity for a small bathroom. None of your vanities were available in the dimensions I needed but your base cabinets could be ordered the size I needed. Just to be sure, I called and asked your customer service rep if there was any reason I could not use one of your base cabinets as a vanity. Her response was that there was no reason I couldn't do that. I ordered the cabinet in red oak. It arrived on time and I realized there was no veneer on the sides. (the customer support rep should have known that up front). Calls to customer service offered no help at all. I had to order veneer and veneer the sides myself. On both ends of the deal the customer service I received was worthless.

    The product is outstanding. But what sets a business apart from the rest is the service they provide. We did not receive a few pieces. When I called, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful representative who had the missing pieces fabricated and sent out within a week or so. What a pleasure.

    I was on a call getting help while ordering. I put exact measurements as they said turns out they were supposed to only divide the width between two doors but they asked me to divide both length and width by 2. I received the door and doesnt fit my cabinets and it was $356 for 3 doors. . I tried contacting them multiple times but I get ghosted everytime. There are only two people running the customer service team and both of them are horrible. I never got my money back and ended up with 3 unmatched doors. Please find ******************** shop for any furniture needs. These people are noobies in the business.
