  When I replaced my defective built in refrigerator, I ended up with a huge gap directly above it. The old Sub Zero refrigerator was 12 taller than my new Bosch. What to do? Why not create a new cabinet? The trick though is finding 2 doors that match my existing cabinet doors. My dreams were answered when I found your website, Although your website explained very clearly how to select and measure an opening for doors, I needed to confirm that I was correct on my selection and measurements. After all, this is not what I do for a living. 2 phone calls and 3 emails later, where I sent photos of my door cabinets, your helpful staff put my mind at ease on which 2 doors to buy and the correct size. The new doors showed up a week earlier than promised. I could not have been happier with the quality of the build. Upon installing them, my kitchen now looked finished This was a very small order, but your knowledgeable staff treated me as though it was a big sale. To say I was extremely satisfied is an understatement. Trust me, my next kitchen cabinet makeover will start with **********. Thank you.

  I ordered some cabinet doors. They arrived on schedule, nicely packed for shipping, perfectly sized per my specifications and nicely sanded, ready to finish. They are well made and look great!

  I needed a vanity for a small bathroom. None of your vanities were available in the dimensions I needed but your base cabinets could be ordered the size I needed. Just to be sure, I called and asked your customer service rep if there was any reason I could not use one of your base cabinets as a vanity. Her response was that there was no reason I couldn't do that. I ordered the cabinet in red oak. It arrived on time and I realized there was no veneer on the sides. (the customer support rep should have known that up front). Calls to customer service offered no help at all. I had to order veneer and veneer the sides myself. On both ends of the deal the customer service I received was worthless.
